We continually refresh our ocean-view condo to keep it fresh, contemporary, and full of all of the comfort and conveniences our guests desire. The updated kitchen and bathrooms gives the condo a clean, modern look. Our latest upgrade is a new Beautyrest King bed!

This bright & airy condo has a tropical contemporary style and has been fully renovated. You will live in comfort with a 50" flatscreen Smart TV (with cable) in the living room, a Smart TV in the bedroom, a modern sleeper sofa with queen-size Italian memory foam mattress, new carpet, and split A/C. Amenities include cable, cordless phone, full-size washer/dryer, and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances and utensils you need to cook at 'home' - including dishwasher, range/stove, and microwave. Wireless internet is complimentary in the condo and throughout the property. Bedding, bath towels, and beach accessories (beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc.) are provided.

Enjoy the luxury of 2 full bathrooms, with a combination tub/shower in the master bath. The bedroom has a new King bed, and the living room has a new sleeper sofa. Both rooms open onto the lanai, which runs the length of the unit - a perfect place to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or a cocktail.

The Maui Banyan's eight acres of manicured grounds include two swimming pool areas, each with a hot tub and several gas BBQ grills. Tennis courts are also available.

Some of the features that make the Maui Banyan the best location in South Kihei are:
*Across Kihei Road from the spectacular Kamaole Beach II (great for picnics, swimming, and snorkeling)
*Walking distance to neighborhood grocery stores, video rentals, water-sport shops, Internet cafes, and a wide range of restaurants.

Our condo is located on the third floor of the H building in the Maui Banyan complex, on the north-facing (cooler) side. This centrally located building has an elevator and is convenient to the front desk, the lower pool and grill area, and the parking structure. Most importantly, it is just a short walk from the beach.

Our second time staying at this amazing condo. There is absolutely everything you need including an exceptionally well stocked kitchen with all the dinnerware and appliances you could possibly need. Probably the best kitchen in all the condos we have ever stayed in. The beach across the road is amazing, the bed including the sofa bed are very comfortable, onsite undercover parking is fantastic. The 2 pool and spa areas never seemed too crowded and was very handy when conditions at the beach were too windy.Looking forward to booking this condo again next time we come to Maui.

Having stayed in H308 before we knew what to expect. Comfortable, unbelievably stocked and great view. Our only disappointment were the bugs. They were not errible, but I probably killed a couple of dozen roaches over the course of our stay. That being said, we also understand how difficult they are to control on the islands.

Condo was very clean and in excellent condition! The sliding doors still worked well and the unit was not overstuffed with too much furniture. We stayed for 28 days and found the unit to be quiet and with the breeze we hardly needed the air conditioning, but it was nice to have for a few minutes when coming back in from a walk or the beach when getting warm. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a great help and having plenty of washcloths and towels meant we didn’t have to do laundry as often. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The booking, check-in and out was simple. Highly recpmmend
