Old winegrower’s house from 1841, newly restored, with new and comfortable furnishings, including a kitchen with a beverage refrigerator, dining room, separate restroom, 2 double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, TV, radio, bathroom with shower/toilet, dryer, and washing machine.



On-site costs: The remaining payment must be made in advance via bank transfer.Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Upon request, you can purchase beverages from us and use an electric vehicle charging station for a fee.Included: heating, electricity, garage, parking space, water, kitchen and bathroom linens, bed linens, and final cleaning.
