Nous avons passé des vacances incroyables et ressourçantes dans ce superbe mas isolé au milieu des pins, bercés par le son des cigales.Les apéros boules et les après-midis piscine ont rythmé notre séjour en famille et régalé les 3 générations que nous étions. La climatisation au salon et dans les chambres est un réel plus, nous n'avons pas souffert du chaud, même en période de canicule ! C'est la première location oú nous trouvons autant d'accessoires et ustensiles de cuisine et quand nous sommes nombreux c'est très appréciable ! Idem pour les jeux et structures pour enfants !Tout est fait pour nous faciliter la vie et pensé pour que l'on puisse profiter et s'amuser ! Vincent est très bienveillant, à l'écoute, et d'une grande gentillesse, tout comme Simon d'ailleurs, tout deux ont fait en sorte que notre séjour se passe parfaitement.Un grand merci ! et Merci pour toutes les petites attentions !La piscine et le cadre incroyable nous manquent, nous regrettons déjà notre départ.

Agréables vacances en famille

Maison spacieuse où il fait bon vivre. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la véranda avec vue sur le jardin. Très bien équipée ( ustensiles et services de cuisine, multiples jeux de société et livres disponibles). A l'extérieur, nous avons aimé l'espace avec la table sous la tonnelle, la table de ping-pong, la piscine, les hamacs, la balancelle, la guinguette où nous avons fait une soirée spectacle en famille. Le jardin est agréablement arboré. Vincent est très attentionné et réactif et Nathalie est très accueillante et disponible. Nous avons passé vraiment un très agréable séjour.

Urlaub wie G... in Frankreich

Tolles Haus und Grundstück in alleinlage ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Vincent der Vermieter hat sich um alles gekümmert und es an nichts fehlen lassen. Die Kommunikation war forbildlich, check in und out völlig entspannt und easy Einem Wiederkommen sind wir nicht abgeneigt.

Superbe séjour dans la magnifique demeure de Vincent , notre hôte qui s'est montré prévenant et disponible durant tout notre sejour . Il avait à coeur de faire en sorte que tout se passe pour le mieux . L'ensemble de la propriéte est immense , on se sent coupé du monde avec toutes les commodités, jeux de societé, piscine, trampoline, terrain de foot , terrain de pétanque , hamac...Tout est pensé pour la détente . Entspannte Tage in der Natur

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief von Anfang bis ganz zu Schluss vorbildlich. Er erkundigte sich mehrfach telefonisch nach unserer Zufriedenheit, kam zur Mitte der Mietperiode selbst vorbei und war sogar bereit, uns einen zurückgelassenen Elektronikgegenstand nachzusenden. Erwähnt werden muss auch, dass wir sowohl zu Beginn als auch gegen Ende jeweils eine Flasche lokalen Weins geschenkt bekamen. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und verfügt über wirklich alles, was einen Urlaub angenehm macht, bis hin zur Eiswürfelmaschine. Die Anzahl an Geschirr ist beeindruckend. Das Grundstück selbst ist uneinsehbar, mitten in der Natur gelegen und bietet auch bei größeren Gruppen für jeden seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Ein nicht allzu großer, aber völlig ausreichender Pool gibt an heißen Midi-Tagen die gewünschte Erfrischung. Die Bar an der Boule-Bahn ist ein stimmungsvoller Treffpunkt für den Sundowner, Grill und überdachter Essplatz im Freien sorgen für südliches Lebensgefühl. Schön wäre, wenn im Inserat darauf hingewiesen würde, dass sich die letzten 350 m der Zufahrt in sehr rauhem Zustand befinden und ein äußerst vorsichtiges Befahren mit maximal Schrittgeschwindigkeit erfordern. Gerade bei tiefer liegenden Autos kann das problematisch werden. Für den Zustand der Straße kann der Vermieter nach seinen eigenen Worten nichts, er darf sie nur mitbenutzen - hinweisen sollte man darauf aber doch. Insgesamt haben wir zu sechst zwei sehr entspannte und entschleunigende Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Endroit magnifique

La propriété est située au milieu des collines derrières Assas. Au temps dire au milieu d'un grand calme, dans un environnement naturel, il est possible de réaliser plusieurs randonnées depuis le mas, avec une présence humaine à peine décelable. Il y a d'innombrable activités : pétanque (avec une quinguette équipée d'un frigo/congélo qui vous fera aimer la pétanque, ou du moins les apéros/pétanque pour les récalcitrants), des balançoires, un terrain de badminton, de volley, des hamacs, une table de ping-pong, une piscine forte agréable et d'autres jeux que nous ne connaissions pas avant de venir... Au bout d'environ 45 minutes, notre fils de 11 ans nous a dit que c'était les meilleures vacances de sa vie ! Nous avons vécu un vrai bonheur pendant 2 semaines. Le mas est tellement accueillant qu'il y est possible de passer de nombreuses journées sans se lasser. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, sympathiques et toujours prêts à rendre service. Encore un grand merci pour votre hospitalité. La région est fantastique, le vin fabuleux, les balades en canoé sont accessibles et très agréables. Le marché d'Assas du jeudi semble petit mais les produits et producteurs sont incroyables. Si vous n'avez pas peur de la route, vous pouvez même relativement rapidement aller au cirque de Navacelles, aux arènes de Nîmes, à Uzès... La seule interrogation après votre séjour sera : est-ce que le mas sera disponible pour 3 semaines l'année prochaine ?

August 2020

We had a lovely week here in August 2020 despite the family we had planned with being able to travel with us at the last minute due to Covid quarantine restrictions . There was plenty to do on site and several days we stayed at the property enjoying the pool, table tennis, badminton and pétanque, There was also play equipment for younger children . The house and garden were both very well equipped with extras such as wood for the bbq, pool toys , fleece blankets ( not needed in August !) and everything you could ever need for cooking / dining. We spent a day out at the beach , one at Lake Salagou and also a vine yard tour . The house has the benefit of being in a very quiet setting but with the benefit of having the facilities of Montpellier within a short drive.including the Intermarche and decathlon. Vincent was a great host , coming to find us when we missed the turning to the house on arrival, booking tables at restaurants, bringing us freshly baked bread and answering any queries. We would love to go back

Wonderful holiday in superb house

We had an amazing week in Assas. It was perfect for children and adults. House was well equipped and spacious, swimming pool ideal for whole family and there was a huge garden for the children to roam safely within. The house even had a separate bar area so we rarely spent an evening in same area of house! Would highly recommend to all for a fun and relaxing holiday in the south of France!

Wonderful location

We stayed for a fortnight and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house sits in a truly delightful spot - even more beautiful in the flesh than the photos. The track from the road is a little challenging in places so drive carefully. Also, when arriving make sure you have written directions to hand (or use Google Maps satellite view to track down the distinctive oval pool) as the location on the HomeAway platform isn't accurate. Vincent, the owner, is immensely welcoming and helpful (and quickly drove to meet us when we failed to find the place.) There is a large annex for his use attached to the house (not mentioned in the description online), and he and occasionally some other guests were present at weekends, but he took care not to disturb us - in fact we barely noticed he was there except when he brought us armfuls of delicious fresh bread each morning! The house is generally beautifully furnished, well equipped and well maintained, and the views from the large living room are glorious. But we thought there was some room for improvement: the bedding is of uneven quality and one of the two bathrooms (which also includes one of the two toilets) can only be accessed via a bedroom, so we felt a little under provided for in that department at times. The outdoor facilities are very impressive, with all manner of games on offer and a bar area equipped with its own sound system overlooking a petanque court. Vincent gave us licence to make plenty of noise late into the night, but I should mention another house in the area took the same approach one night and their sound system was even more powerful than ours. The heated pool was lovely – just the right temperature to be very refreshing but not too great a shock to the system when jumping in.

Thank you Adrian for this very good recommendation. We are pleased that you enjoyed your time at the Mas de Tarnie and happy that you would like to come back. Just to clarify the comment on the “bedroom” near one of the 2 bathrooms. As indicated on the plan on the website, this area of the house is not meant to serve as a bedroom but is an open alcove where we have placed a decorative bed. For this reason, the alcove and decorative bed have not been included in the 5 closed bedrooms presented on the site and for which we have limited the total capacity to 10 people (even though those 5 bedrooms can accommodate up to 12 people). The alcove is located next to the children’s bedroom and they love using that area to play, but it is not intended to be used as a bedroom. I hope that will help clarify for future guests.

Une excellente adresse pour un séjour dans la région de Montpellier

Située dans l'arrière pays, proche de Montpellier, le mas est isolé, dans la nature sans voisins directs. La propriété est dotée d'un grand terrain de jeux qui a fait le bonheur des enfants. Rien ne manque dans la maison, qui est décorée avec gout. Notre séjour s'est effectué en Avril, en dehors des périodes de grande chaleur et d'affluence, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la région et de faire de très belles ballades proches du mas. Pour compléter le propriétaire s'est montré très accueillant et prévenant tout au long de notre séjour.

Séjour vraiment très agréable pour tous .

Maison vaste chaleureuse où on se sent bien dès qu'on a franchi le seuil. Elle est très bien équipée, tout est prévu pour un grand nombre de personnes. De petits détails montrent que tout est fait et pensé afin de rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible, et si on a une demande particulière, il y a toujours quelqu'un pour y répondre rapidement. Séjour idyllique en famille

Excellent séjour dans une villa parfaitement adaptée à des personnes de tous âges. Les ados se sont éclatés, les adultes ravis car le lieu permet à chacun de faire ce qu'il veut (s'isoler, des petits groupes, des grands groupes), des activités à foison en plus de la piscine (trampoline, pétanque, pingpong, babyfoot, badminton, foot..) . La maison a tout ce qu'il faut pour les grands groupes (vaisselle, machine à laver, lave vaisselle). La météo a été radieuse. On a aimé le cadre, le propriétaire qui est resté en contact avec nous durant le séjour pour savoir si tout allait bien, l'accueil par Nathalie, le passage pour le nettoyage de la piscine avec le fils de Nathalie qui s'est intéressé à notre confort et nos besoins éventuels, la personne qui était là le jour du départ qui é été très sympathique. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour qui nous a permis des retrouvailles familiales

propriétaire au petit soin, parfait pour famille nombreuses, seulement , un peu chaud, car pas de climatisation, nombreuses activités au tour de la maison, parfait.

Een zeer mooie Mas: rustige omgeving; prachtige natuur; leuk zwembad; goede ontvangst,uitstekende akkomodatie: keukenmateriaal, kindervoorzieningen,etc,etc.... We plannen volgend jaar terug te gaan!!!!

la meilleure solution autour de Montpellier !

Le mas de Tarnié est la meilleure solution pour celui qui cherche à allier la proximité de Montpellier en quelques minutes, la facilité d'accès aux autoroutes pour rayonner sur la région, les plages à 20 mn et le Pic St Loup à 15 mn. Nous avons essayé pas mal de locations avant de poser nos valises depuis plusieurs années à Tarnié. Le mas est spacieux, moderne, les tribus sont bienvenues sans promiscuité. La piscine est chauffée et les chaises longues nombreuses. Le calme est parfait et vous ne dérangerez que quelques cigales !
