Nearly 100 m² of comfortable living space was built in 2017 and has been used as a vacation rental since 2020.
On the east- and south-facing balconies, you can enjoy relaxing mornings and evenings with unobstructed views of the mountains: Hochstaufen (1,771 m), Zwiesel (1,782 m), Gamsknogel (1,750 m), Gruberhörndl (1,493 m), Falkenstein (1,181 m), Kienberg/Streicher (1,594 m), Rauschberg (1,671 m)—from east to west.
Thanks to its location outside the town center, you can enjoy the sun longer than in the town center. The quiet location is ideal for relaxing.
We have sand toys and art supplies for our youngest guests. Board games, puzzles, and books are also available.

The two free parking spaces are located directly in front of the house on our property.

Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for ambitious cooking. Plenty of dishes means you won’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal. You’ll also find a washing machine in the kitchen.
An east-facing balcony and a south-facing balcony, both offering unobstructed views of the mountains, invite you to linger. Thanks to its location outside the town center, you can enjoy the sun longer than in the town center.

Swimming fun is guaranteed at the natural swimming lake in Inzell, as well as at the renovated indoor pool! Other recreational activities such as soccer golf, tennis, ice skating, and cross-country skiing trails await you. You’re welcome to use one women’s and one men’s bicycle from us (for e-bikes, please contact the Inzell bike rental shop next to the swimming park).
In the center of Inzell, you’ll find a little oasis: the Inzell Spa Park with its herb garden, children’s playground, and Kneipp facility.
The adventure playground in Schmelz, with its lovingly carved wooden figures and giant play structures, is set in an idyllic setting. A small stream also babbles here, offering a refreshing cool on hot days.
For guests who enjoy hiking, lush alpine meadows with colorful mountain flowers and grazing cows are within easy reach. The
