Located on the first floor of the building at Neue Bergstraße 1 in Scharbeutz, this chic, 3-room apartment, renovated in 2024. From this like-new vacation rental, it’s only about 100 meters to the beach, and the town center—with its promenade, restaurants, and boutiques—is also just a few minutes’ walk away, as is a bakery.

Supermarkets are just one kilometer away.

On the first floor of the apartment building, the entryway immediately welcomes you with a bright, nautical ambiance that runs like a blue, maritime thread through the design concept of this vacation rental, which was created with great care and attention to detail.
In the open living area, featuring a comfortable sofa set, a TV, and an adjoining open dining area, you can relax to your heart’s content. This dream home features two separate bedrooms—and the couch in the living room also provides a sleeping spot for one person.
Bedroom I is equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm), a built-in closet, and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom II features a tandem bed (extends to 160x200 cm) and a dresser. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the bedrooms in the vacation rental can be darkened with curtains.

The bathroom, with its beautiful tile design, features a shower and a toilet.

This is a non-smoking vacation apartment. One dog is permitted in this apartment upon prior notice.
A high chair is included in the apartment. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
