The chalet is in Les Hameaux du Giffre, a peaceful residential park established in 1984, bordering the forest and a river. Outdoor activities abound: mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, rafting, canyoning, treetop adventure, ziplining, and paragliding over Mont Blanc. For more relaxing moments, you can swim, play tennis, or try mini-golf.



Shared parking for one vehicle is available on site. Events are not allowed.



On site, there’s an artisan bakery, a bar, restaurants, a pizzeria, and a food truck. For leisure, you’ll find a playground for children aged 6 to 12, a games room with billiards, pinball, table tennis, books, and board games, plus a pétanque court in summer. The location is perfect for exploring the Alps: Samoëns is 3 km away, Cluses 18 km, Geneva 50 km, Annecy 60 km. The blue lake of Morillon is 200 m away and the Grand Massif ski area is 500 m away.



Bed linen, bath sheets, and towels are available for an extra fee. Cleaning is optional. Please leave the property as you found it.
