This beautiful half-timbered house is located a 5-minute drive past the Weinheim town sign. A kebab shop is directly opposite, and an Edeka supermarket is a 2-minute drive away.

The house spans two floors:

1st floor: Living/dining room and kitchen

2nd floor: Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds, plus the option of an additional mattress on the floor), a hallway with a sofa bed. The bathroom with a bathtub is also located on this floor.
