Due to the recent sharp rise in energy prices, we are unfortunately unable at this time to offer you our apartment during the fall and winter months at a price that is fair to both parties.

Therefore, with a heavy heart, we have decided to keep the apartment closed until 31.03.2027. We deeply regret this decision, but unfortunately see no other option under the current circumstances.

Should the situation ease in the meantime, we will, of course, reopen the apartment for bookings earlier.

Beautiful guest apartment in a prime location. The apartment has been freshly renovated. It is very bright and modern. Whether for business travelers, technicians, or simply for a vacation, the apartment offers just the right fit for everyone. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery.It’s just a one-minute walk to the forest. The apartment is in a quiet location. Our family also has cats. You’ll probably hardly notice them, but we advise people with cat dander allergies not to rent this apartment.

There is also a balcony at your disposal. Since this is a non-smoking apartment, we ask that you smoke on the balcony.

The apartment is located on the first floor. It has a total of 3 rooms: a kitchen, bathroom, guest restroom, and a storage closet. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.
