Cosy house "Piggsmåla". 9 km from the centre of Eringsboda, 24 km from the centre of Emmaboda, 66 km from the centre of Kalmar, in a quiet position, 500 m from the lake. Private: natural state property 500 m2, garden (not fenced). Garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 10 km, restaurant 16 km, bar 16 km, bakery 16 km, bus stop 200 m, ferry "Helsingbrog" 212 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
"Piggsmåla", 4-room house 130 m2. Living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and Scandinavian wood stove. Kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and Scandinavian wood stove. 1 room with 1 double bed and Scandinavian wood stove. Wooden floors. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
