Holidays are the best time of the year. With us, you can experience the unspoiled mountain landscape both in summer and winter, far from city noise and daily stress. Breathe in the fresh mountain air and let the tranquility surround you.



This 50 m² apartment (A1) accommodates up to 6 guests with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. High-speed Wi-Fi is perfect for video calls. Amenities include TV, mountain view, baby cot, and easy self check-in.



Enjoy the magnificent mountain views and fresh Alpine air from your private 10 m² balcony.



The Großarl ski slopes are just a 2-minute walk away. In summer, cycling and hiking trails pass right by the house.



A free parking space is available for your car. An e-car charging station is also available and can be used for an additional fee, subject to availability. Public transport is easily accessible nearby.



You can store your bikes and e-bikes in our lockable bike garage for a small extra fee.
