This bright and sun-drenched apartment, which sleeps up to four people, is conveniently located on the 1st floor and features designer hardwood flooring. From the balcony (with a new awning), you’ll enjoy a partial ocean view and can soak up the sun until late in the evening.
In the living room, in addition to the sleeper sofa with a comfortable mattress, you’ll find a large flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a streaming music system with Bluetooth connectivity. A coffee maker, tea kettle, and all essential kitchen utensils round out the amenities. The large dining table is a gathering spot, even for social gatherings of four.
The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe; here, too, there is a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall with access to internet streaming services.
The bike storage room, as well as a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, are at your disposal, as is the private parking space for your car.
