This lovingly and modernly furnished studio apartment with a balcony is located on the 1st floor of Haus Baltic in a quiet setting and offers an equally beautiful view of a well-maintained garden.

The living/sleeping area, featuring hardwood floors, is furnished with a cozy corner sofa bed (120 cm with slatted frame and storage compartment), a box-spring bed (160 cm), a TV, and a radio. From the balcony—which features a seating area, a sun lounger, and a large electric awning—you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea; the same view is available from the dining area in the living room.

The separate country-style kitchen offers all the essential kitchen appliances you’ll need for your stay. (see list)

In the small, well-maintained shower room/restroom, you’ll find plenty of space and storage for your toiletries, as well as a hair dryer and a towel warmer.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for general use in the basement.
You’ll also have your own parking space and a private, lockable bike storage room at your disposal."
