The Space:

The studio apartment is designed for up to two people and comprises a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a hallway. The living area features a double bed in the form of a fold-away bed that tucks away into a wardrobe, allowing the living space to be easily transformed into a relaxation and sleeping area. The living room opens onto a balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, providing additional space for relaxing in the fresh air. The building has a lift, and the apartment is fitted with a carbon monoxide detector and a smoke detector.



The kitchenette allows you to prepare meals on site and is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, extractor fan and fridge-freezer. An electric kettle and a Nespresso capsule machine are also provided. The dining table creates a comfortable space for meals.
