Air conditioning is available for an extra charge. The property is in the southern area of Sítio da Canada, in Lagoa, acquired by the owners in 1981. Originally, it had about 2.5 hectares of vineyards, mainly Castelão grapes, and was modernized in 2001 with an irrigation system. In 2000, the estate expanded with the acquisition of Masmorra dos Passarinhos, now called Quinta da Aroeira, totaling 10.5 hectares. Citrus cultivation has given way to viticulture, always preserving the old existing vines. In 2019, 0.5 hectares of Arinto were planted. With two local accommodations, the owners believe tourism and agriculture should coexist, expanding the vineyard with 1.6 hectares of Negra Mole. They also maintain a hundred vines planted in 1931, a true historical testament they are committed to preserving.
