Beautiful villa w. heated pool, peaceful, family-friendly, high speed internet

This comfortably equipped holiday residence is in the Carvoeiro Clube on a 3000 sq.m enclosed garden property with grass areas, palm trees and colourful flowering bushes. The equipment is clearly above the holiday home standard and guarantees a high wellness factor. Lovely Portuguese equipment details with high-quality wooden furniture and some antiques make you forget that you are in a holiday home. Since 2021 with NAD/BluOS Streaming Surround Receiver and 5.1 speaker setup in the living room and a Sonos Play:1 in the kitchen for wireless music streaming.

Payment via cheque is not accepted. Payment can be done via CreditCard, Banktransfer or PayPal.

The location is very peaceful. The 50 m long palm tree entrance offers enough parking spaces for 2 vehicles. Behind the house, the landscape opens up.

The pool area invites you to sunbathe and relax. The pool can be heated (extra fee - see section prices). The covered terraces with the grill area are ideal in order to have your meals outside. The living area is divided onto one level and is spacious and expansive. Living area with sitting corner, dining table, high-speed fibre internet connection, music system and flat screen television, kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washer, 3 bedrooms with each 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 additional bed possible, pets are welcome.

Casa Corrida has very child-friendly equipment. There is crib with high-quality mattresses and fitting bedsheets, 1 high chair and a small selection of toys.

Distances from the holiday home: The distance to the beaches is about 5-15 minutes by car. The centre of Carvoeiro with shops and restaurants is only about a 10-15 minute walk away. The well-known Carvoeiro Tennis Club is a 5 minute walk away. The closest golf course is a 10 minute drive away.

Casa Corrida June 2025

A beautiful villa set in a quiet and peaceful location. The pool and outside seating areas were ideal for a family holiday. The indoors are spacious and well equiped. The villa is a short drive to popular beaches, Praia da Marinha, Praia do Carvoeiro, Praia de Nossa Senhora da Rocha, all well worth a visit during your stay. Perfect communication from the villa owner, along with friendly and courteous property management staff. A stunning area to visit, and we'd love to visit again.

Wonderful days in an incredible place

Both the house and the surrounding area exceeded our expectations. The house is located in an incredibly quiet, beautiful place and very close to the centre of Carvoeiro. There are several beaches nearby (10 m by car). The owner was from the first contact very attentive, and always available to provide all necessary clarification. Great Experience!

The location of the house is great in a very pleasant environment. The pool is great for everyone. Children must be good swimmers. The location of the house is ideally situated to reach sights and beaches in a relatively short time. The sofa in the living room is not the most comfortable but it looks nice. I

The villa is spacious roomy, good taste everywhere....bathrooms are splendid and modern, kitchen as well, the garden was magnificent, we just loved the place. Critics: the wifi does not work much, the band is very narrow...also the extra beds (above 6 people) could be better, so it's ideal for 6 persons, and more fans should be available as it's hot without aircon at night.... but again great place thank you !!!!!

Wonderful place to stay and relax

The property is separated from the neighbors, so you can move completely freely and carefree. The house is large, well cut and offers everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and sufficiently large. We had a very pleasant time and would always come back. What is also to be read in the brochure in the accommodation but before as info would have been nice is that workers for garden and pool suddenly appear unannounced and do their work. Yes, this must also be done but so completely unannounced we were a bit scared when suddenly people came to the property. But all in all it was a very nice stay. Thank you.

Wonderful

Such a great villa - big pool and beautiful grounds and outdoor BBQ/dining area perfect for social cooking, dining and playing cards. Inside of the villa was well laid out and maid service changing bed linen and towels was appreciated. Host was readily available to answer any queries we had. Didn’t walk into Carvoeiro as seemed a bit hilly but Ubers were only €6 euros. Walked down to the cliffs from the villa easily - such beautiful views. Nearby beaches were very pretty and we had some excellent meals out. Played golf a couple of times too. Villa is perfectly located - everything we wanted within 10 minute drive. We were pleased to have an Apolonia supermarket nearby - a bit more expensive but excellent quality produce. We definitely hope to return

Great family holiday.

Fantastic holiday and great villa for having some time out. Good pool but no ball games sadly as couldn’t stand up anywhere but still used everyday. Good kitchen and facilities - cooked everyday. Problem with water being off one day was annoying and a faulty kettle tripping the electrics both on days we’d planned to stay in and cook/chill but resolved very quickly and hosts responded immediately. Spacious living area great for watching films, playing games etc inside and out. AC didn’t work in one of the rooms but only found that out from my son on day of departure so not able to have it fixed whilst we were there. Great location for exploring the Algarve - we drove 50mins for surfing beaches and 10-15mins for jumping off cliff and snorkelling beaches. Lots of nice cafes and eateries in carvoeiro to choose from we went to Taste and a pizzeria both were perfect but having a bbq in the evening by the pool in the evening at the villa was pretty hard to beat. Thank you!!! Would definitely recommend.

Very nice house!

Nice big clean house in a quiet area. Big garden, great pool. We have a few (personal) comments: - too warm in the living room in July/August (no airco) - no curtain (keep out light curtain) in the main bedroom -swimming pool beds can use mattress when you want to spent a whole day at the pool relaxing on a bed. - wash of previous tenants is still being washed when you are there. So machine is running every day (machine in kitchen, so you hear it) - Umbrellas didn't fit into standard. So when windy they fell and you had to fold them. And it was to warm in the sun. - We got 4 very small towels for the swimming pool. But when I asked for it, same day got extra (new!) big towels. Great service!! Some small things we experienced. Contact and payment etc with Nicolai was super!

Could have been better

Overall the property and location were good. However, the villa would benefit from some "routine maintenance" which would have given it 5 stars from us. When we arrived, the dishwasher didn't work. We reported it and 3 days later, they took the old one away and left us with nothing for the rest of our stay. When we used the sink to hand wash the dishes, it leaked dirty water all over the kitchen floor due to poor plumbing. One of the air conditioning units needed maintenance as it sprayed ice over our son on a daily basis. We only had one visit in 10 days to clean the pool - previous villas we have rented have had pool maintenance every 2-3 days. As it was hot, we had to top the water levels up to stop the noise of the filters. One of the sun loungers was broken and dangerous. On our last day, there was no running water so we couldn't flush the toilets or have a shower before we left for home. A great villa let down by poor maintenance. For the price charged, it should have been better

Absolut großartig

Tolle Villa, liebevoll eingerichtet, wir waren zwar nur draußen und hin und wieder in der Küche. Super Betten zum schlafen. Wunderschönes Grundstück, einfach riesig. Super Sitzgelegenheiten außen, Grill, super Pool Eigener Zitronenbaum den wir auch genutzt haben, absolut perfekt; für uns! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Und super sauber durch die sehr liebe Haushaltshilfe! 15 von 10 Punkten die wir vergeben können! Die Villa ist so wie beschrieben und eher bescheiden beschrieben!

Wat een heerlijk verblijf hebben we gehad in de villa van Nicolai. Alles was aanwezig, supermooi en net. We hebben genoten van de rust en de grote tuin. De kinderen vonden het heerlijk zwemmen in het verwarmde zwembad.

Spectacular September

Excellent natural lighting in the main living areas. The mosquito nets on all windows are an excellent aspect as it allows ventilation. Pool and garden areas also superb. Some instructions on how to operate the TV/media centre would be great, but the owner was extremely responsive to our odd problem. The management company also respected our wish to reduce maid/cleaner visits which was very much appreciated. Overall, an excellent experience

Perfection! 5 stars +++++

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. You couldn’t fault one single thing. The layout of the villa is PERFECT for summer stays. The kitchen is beautifully laid out so it is easily accessible for meals outdoors. The rooms are impeccable, spacious and welcoming. There were a lot of toys that my toddler was very happy to see. Having a cleaner available for most of the days except for the weekend made for a seamless holiday. Landscaping of the property is an added bonus as it is so beautiful. We spent a lot of time watching the sunset on the rooftop overlooking the ocean. The heated pool right next to an outdoor bathroom/shower is what makes this property perfect for families. Communication with staff was easy. It’s also worth mentioning that the villa is located in a very elite and exclusive neighbourhood. Look no further!
