Charming Stone House with Pool in the Heart of Périgord

Nestled in a peaceful setting in Limeyrat, this authentic stone house typical of the Périgord welcomes up to 6 guests for a stay combining comfort, nature, and discovery.



You'll be enchanted by its green surroundings and well-kept outdoor spaces: a private pool, a large covered terrace perfect for meals together, and a vegetable garden accessible depending on the season. The house opens onto a vast 8-hectare wooded park, shared with the discreet owners who live on site. Between garden and woods, let yourselves be charmed by this tranquil place, highlighted by a magnificent cedar tree.



The house enjoys a privileged location close to must-see sites: Lascaux IV (20 km), the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric treasures, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil (30 km), Sarlat-la-Canéda (45 km), the Rouffignac caves, as well as Périgueux and its Saint-Front Cathedral (30 km). It's the perfect starting point to explore the Périgord Noir, its picturesque villages, and unspoiled landscapes.



The interior is comfortable and practical. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machine), a welcoming dining area, a living room with sofas, TV, and Wi-Fi, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, separate toilet, and two adjoining bedrooms (one with a 140x190 cm bed and one with two 90x200 cm beds). All bedrooms have fans for your comfort.



Outdoors are designed for relaxation: a large covered terrace with garden furniture, lounge area, and plancha. The private pool (12x6 m, saltwater, 1.2–2 m deep) is secured and open from May to September, 10 am–8 pm.



On-site parking, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
