The location, the comfort, the amenities. The apartment is super well equipped, nicely decorated and we loved the balcony too. Convenience of cleaning room. One thing to note is an hornet nest in the right side (kitchen) of the patio under the wooden slabs. My spouse was stung while moving a chair and several wasps came out. We stayed away from the area afterwards.
