Situated on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator), relax on your private covered west-facing terrace. The gated residence is secure with caretakers, a shared garden, a large outdoor pool (open mid-May to end of September), a paddling pool, playground, tennis courts, and a pétanque area.



A private garage is available underground, and there is a large free public parking lot next door. Pets are welcome. Smoking is allowed on the balcony with windows open.

The historic center is a 5-minute walk, the beach is 15 minutes on foot or accessible by free shuttle. The Roman theater is 2 minutes away, Fréjus train station is 13 minutes, and the bus station is 5 minutes on foot. Car rental, baby equipment, etc. are available for an extra fee.
