The Floatinghouse Goldener Anker is a freestanding houseboat in a holiday resort right on the lake—directly on the water with stunning views of the lake and surrounding countryside. Spanning 44 m², the houseboat features three rooms, including two bedrooms and a living room with a cosy sofa area and dining area. It sleeps up to 4 people, making it ideal for couples, families, and anyone who enjoys a romantic yet active getaway. The covered terrace, complete with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and sunshades, will quickly become your favourite spot—whether for breakfast in the fresh air or for relaxing evenings overlooking the dock and the water.

Inside, the property stands out as a smoke-free accommodation featuring air conditioning, heating, fly screens, and privacy screens on all windows. Wi-Fi, TV, and radio ensure your comfort, while a coat rack, vacuum cleaner, and basic amenities make your stay hassle-free. The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and tea towels. An electric grill is available for barbecuing. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hot water, and a window. Bed linens and towels are provided.
