With 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen—including a coffee machine and washing machine—you have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Each room features radiator heating, and there’s also a TV for your convenience.



Enjoy exclusive access to the private garden and balcony with mountain views, plus a bike storage area and a ping-pong table. The chalet offers two parking spots—one on-site and one in the garage. Pets are welcome (1 allowed). Parties and events are not permitted.



The chalet is in a very peaceful location, with only one discreet neighboring chalet. The village of Seyne, 6 km away, provides all daily essentials: supermarket, bakeries, ATMs, swimming pool, and tennis courts. At 12 km, the Saint-Jean-Montclar resort is family-friendly and also offers rafting and paragliding. Serre-Ponçon Lake, a 40-minute drive away, is perfect for water sports enthusiasts. Cyclists will enjoy the variety of routes around the chalet, suitable for all levels.
