T3 attic with private garden, air-conditioned Tennis court, EV terminal in a 2-hectare park.

The accommodation is located in the small village of CALEYERES, integrated into the municipality of EMBRUN and located approximately 3km from the city center, in a large 2 hectare property including leisure and sports activities. In particular a private tennis court, a play area for the little ones, and a trampoline area.

The proximity of the forest, and marked trails allows you to escape directly from the accommodation for walks around,.
In the village, a friendly restaurant offers country, family and country cuisine.

Families will love going for a swim in the water, and sports enthusiasts will find various activities, ranging from hiking, climbing, via ferrata, paragliding, and all the pleasures of water, preferring the lake of greenhouse. ponçon ..

You will find the owners' favorites at the chalet.

Une semaine passée bien trop vite. Le logement est parfait, spacieux, confortable et bien équipé, les hôtes très sympathiques. La situation sur les hauteurs d'Embrun offre une vue dégagée sur les montagnes dont on se lasse pas. Adeptes de randonnées en montagne ou d'activités aquatiques sur le magnifique lac de Serre ponçon, il y en a pour tous les goûts et tous les niveaux. Pas le temps de s'ennuyer et une semaine n'est vraiment pas suffisante ! Pour la première fois, nous envisageons de revenir l'année prochaine pour continuer d'explorer cette magnifique région.

Séjour à Embrun

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Jean Yves. Le logement est très agréable, la vue magnifique et les environs regorgent d'activités en pleine nature (promenade dans la montagne, autour du lac, ski...). Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Jean Yves et Angelique. L appartement est situé sur les hauteurs d Embrun, au calme et au contact direct avec la nature. Il est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Les enfants se sont régalés sur le trampoline et au tennis ( en très bon état pour un terrain privé). Encore merci pour le séjour

Super logement! -bien équipé et aménagé. -Terrain de tennis au pieds de la location et à disponibilité. -Avec Vue sur une magnifique chaîne montagneuse -Au calme -Bel espace extérieur -Proche d embrun, de son plan d eau et du lac de serre poncon -à proximité, nombreuses activités possibles que ce soit sur terre (randos pour tous niveaux, circuits vtt, …), sur eau (bouées tractées, hydrospeed, canyoning, …) et dans les airs (parapente, montgolfière, hydravion). On ne peut pas s ‘ennuyer et y en a pour tous les goûts. Et pour arranger le tout, propriétaires très accueillants et souriants. Merci à Angélique et jean Yves, pour cet échange lors de l apéro. Nous reviendrons, soyez en sûr 😀

Un petit coin de paradis

Ma fille et moi avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances chez Jean Yves. La propriété est très bien située, au calme absolu pour se reposer et non loin du centre d'Embrun, de la base nautique et de toutes les activités autour du lac de Serre-Poncon. Logement, propre et confortable avec un accueil sur mesure. Jean Yves et sa famille sont extraordinairement sympatiques et généreux et se sont occupés de nous comme si nous faisions partis de leur famille ! Au plaisir d'y retourner à la prochaine occasion, nous leur souhaitons tout le meilleur, un grand MERCI pour tout. Marina & Daniel.

Une adresse fantastique pour recharger les batteries

Nous avons adoré la vue incroyable sur les montagnes et le calme de cette propriété . Nous avons pu profiter des plaisirs du jardin et des activités sur Embruns et du Lac qui ne sont pas loin en voiture . L appartement est vraiment propre et bien équipé . Les propriétaires sont charmants et ont plein de bons plans à partager pour Visiter. Je recommande!

gite spacieux mais très sombre

Gîte spacieux et calme, situé dans un environnement très agréable mais doté de toutes petites fenêtres donc très sombre et surtout ne permettant pas de bénéficier de la belle vue sur la nature environnante. Quel dommage !

Prachtige week in Hautes Alpes

Dit was een prachtige & rustige plek op de flanken van Mont Guillaume met zicht op bergketen aan het Lac de Serre Ponçon. Het ligt met zijn 1200 meter hoger als Embrun, maar biedt daarom ook meer rust en mooie uitzichten 's avonds. Eten onder de fruitbomen 's morgens en 's avonds was een zaligheid. We zijn geweldig goed ontvangen bij onze aankomst en hebben de streek leren kennen op zijn best met heel veel outdoor activiteiten (wandelen, fietsen, Les Orres skigebied, varen op het meer, ...) en als we vragen hadden, konden we altijd terecht bij onze sympathieke gastgevers. Ook de faciliteiten aan het huisje waren ideaal voor onze kinderen (vooral de trampoline viel in de smaak!) Ik raad deze locatie zeer hard aan en hoop hier volgende jaren terug naar toe te komen om de streek nog meer te leren kennen. Prachtige streek!
