The house includes two bedrooms: one with two single beds that can be combined into an adjustable double bed, and another with two bunk beds (maximum length of 180 cm). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink, accompanied by a washing machine and dryer. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the house or the annex, which is connected to the main house via a large enclosed terrace.
