About this property

Gîte Glycine, Air-Conditioned Living Area/Kitchen – La Bastide St Jacques

Gîte for 6 guests, air-conditioned in the living room/kitchen only, located in a former wine estate in the heart of an organic Côtes du Rhône vineyard. Independent entrance via an exterior staircase. Modern amenities include a 12 m² shaded terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue, 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200cm) that can be converted into singles.



In the living room/kitchen: air conditioning, flat-screen TV, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, iron and ironing board. Towels can be rented for an extra fee. Bed linen and final cleaning are included.



Relax on poufs and loungers by the pool, enjoying views of the valley and the Giant of Provence. Take in the stunning panorama of the legendary Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail to the south, and the Provençal village of Vinsobres to the north. The village is 800 m away and easily reached on foot.



Free parking on the property. On-site: pétanque court, trampoline, table football, and table tennis. Free WiFi. Weekly rentals in summer; minimum 2 nights the rest of the year.



The region offers many cultural activities with castles and Roman remains, as well as culinary and wine discoveries, with the gîte located in the heart of the largest Côtes du Rhône AOC vineyards. Outdoor sports are nature-oriented.



The 5-person jacuzzi is available for an extra fee. Details will be provided upon arrival.
