Das Haus ist und der Garten ist schön, aber mit kleinen nachteilen. Es ist leider nicht beschrieben das vor dem Haus eine Durchgangsstraße mit viel Verkehr die nach Wolgast führt,und die Schlafzimmer zur Straße raus sind. Im Haus was sehr geschmackvoll und mit sehr schönen kleinen Deko einrichtet ist. In der Küche macht leider die Kaffeemaschine den Kaffee nicht richtig Heiß des weiteren sind die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer sind nicht bequem und im Schlafzimmer das Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung,es ist ein Wasserbett im anderen Zimmer verfügbar, es wurde nicht gefragt ob dieses zum Schlafen nutzen möchte. Garage ist vorhanden, durfte man leider nicht nutzen. Die Umgebung, ist für Hunde um mit Ihnen Gassi zu gehen ist nicht schön nur Feld kein Wald oder Park in der Nähe, auf dem Grundstück vom Haus fühlt sich der Hund sehr wohl.
