This modern and brightly designed holiday apartment in the Meeresblick building is located on the ground floor and features a furnished west-facing balcony with a side view of the sea. With a size of 44 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday, featuring a living area, a dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The beach is about 50 metres away.

In the spacious living area of the holiday apartment, a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a rocking chair invite you to enjoy cosy TV evenings with a modern flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player. Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available during your stay. The sofa bed allows the apartment to accommodate up to 3 people. The dining area offers plenty of space to relax. An internet radio is available.

The adjacent kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. Of course, a toaster, a coffee maker, an espresso machine (Tchibo Caffisimo), and a kettle are also available.

In the bedroom of this holiday rental, a double bed (2x90x200 cm) invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. A large wardrobe with a mirrored front offers plenty of storage space. (The bedroom window opens onto the atrium.)

The holiday rental features a tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet. You’ll find plenty of space for your toiletries on the spacious vanity. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror round out the bathroom’s amenities. Tiles have been laid throughout the living and sleeping areas as well as in the hallway. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The Meeresblick building, which features an lift and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. The holiday rental includes a parking space in the underground garage (max. height 1.50 m, max. weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the holiday apartments via the stairs or the two glass lifts. The building’s south entrance provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
