Holiday Home “La Maison Du Haut Pouldu”: Sea View, Shared Pool, Private Terrace
Located in Le Pouldu, this 35 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms and a living room. One bedroom has a double bed, the other offers either 3 single beds or 1 single and 1 double bed, with the option to combine 2 singles. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and toaster. Amenities include a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, baby cot, and high chair. Wi-Fi is available for an extra charge.
Electricity is also available for an extra charge from October 1st to May 15th (payable on site).
Enjoy the private garden and open terrace with sea view, perfect for relaxing with outdoor furniture and 4 sun loungers. A private barbecue is provided. The shared outdoor pool is open from June 15th to September 15th (not heated).
You have a private parking space on site, with additional street parking available. One pet is welcome, but parties are not allowed. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
The property is 300 m from the beaches in a private residence. Le Pouldu is a family seaside resort near a zoo and festival venues, ideal for coastal walks and island trips. Shops, restaurants, summer markets, and supervised beaches are nearby.
