Charming stone cottage, fully renovated in 2025, located in the heart of southern Brittany, just 20 minutes from Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, and 7 km from the Sainte Anne d’Auray basilica. Nestled between sea and countryside, you’ll discover a land rich in tradition, authenticity, and energy.



The 80 m² ground floor includes: 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bright 45 m² living room with exposed stone walls opening onto the outdoors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The property features a 1,000 m² garden and orchard.



Enjoy the garden, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal outdoors, with a barbecue available for your use.



On-site parking is provided. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra charge.



Just 30 minutes from the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer and the famous Carnac megaliths.
