Villa of very good comfort done with taste in a family residence with swimming pools. Sea view facing Sardinia and the Cerbical Islands, close to the mythical beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia. Shops (supermarket in particular at 2 km) and restaurants nearby, 5 km from the center of Porto Vecchio. La villa non solo corrisponde alla foto ma addirittura supera le aspettative. Ottima posizione e perfetti gli arredi e le forniture . Perfetta Nathalie come tempistiche, cordialità, cortesia e gentilezza . Un luogo da sogno che consente vacanze in perfetto relax essendo comoda a Porto Vecchio e alle spiagge più belle. Tutto perfetto . Eravamo in 5 ( dai 10 ai 53 anni) Appena potremo torneremo senz’altro.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit grandiosen Ausblick

Klimatisierung leider nur im EG, keine Klimatisierung in der Küche (OG) und keine Klimatisierung in den oberen Schlafräumen (2OG). Ohne Insektenschutzgitter konnten wir Abends nichts aufmachen zum Abkühlen. Scheint aber hier so üblich zu sein. Für mich war das ein sehr störender Sachverhalt, für den Rest der Familie nicht! Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung war aber Top!

Es ist sehr schwierig, bei der Magie des Ortes und dem Panoramablick auf das Meer und Sardinien undurchdringliche Moskitonetze anzubringen. Da der Hauptraum immer zur Terrasse hin offen ist und die Macchia und das Meer durchquert, schien eine Klimaanlage nicht angebracht. Sie haben jedoch Recht, was die obere Etage betrifft, und wir hoffen, dass wir sie in Zukunft mit einer Klimaanlage ausstatten können. Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie und Ihre Freunde zu empfangen. Sur la route des plages…

Une villa qui a su accueillir 8personnes et un bébé sans soucis avec une très belle vue et un emplacement parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter des plages du sud (Palombaggia, Santa Giulia etc…) Sans oublier le sympathie et disponibilité de Nathalie qui nous a accueilli!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. L'emplacement est central et permet de rejoindre toutes les plages de Palombaggia à Piantarella et même au nord de Porto Vecchio à contresens des embouteillages, ce qui est tres appréciable. Malheureusement aucune plage n'est accessible à pied, la voiture est nécessaire. La mini-villa est bien entretenue avec une vue magnifique sur la mer.

Urlaub mit Aussicht

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, das Haus gefiel allen. Herausragend war der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer im OG über die Bucht von Palombaggia. Auch die anderen Räume waren gemütlich, die Terrasse im Erdgeschoß der Mittelpunkt unseres Urlaubs.

Villa splendide et vue à couper le souple sur la mer et La Sardaigne. Beaucoup de confort , très bien équipée même mieux que chez soit, très jolie, spacieuse avec une extension grand luxe. Très belles Terrasses pour vivre à l'extérieur. Villa parfaitement située. À recommander assurément !

Maison de rêve avec vue époustouflante!!!

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette villa meublée avec bon gout. Très bonne adresse en famille, c'est un endroit magnifique, avec une vue sur la mer et la Sardaigne de toute beauté et le couché de soleil est exceptionnel. Prendre ces repas sur la terrasse est super agréable, ( grand store electrique) au calme avec contemplation et émerveillement permanent. Très sécurisée et d'un très grand confort!! Rien ne manque, que ce soit en ce qui concerne la vaisselle, le mobilier, le barbecue, les bains de soleil Les photos ne donnent qu’un bref aperçu de la beauté des lieux. Nous recommandons vivement ! En résumé, ce fut une semaine bien trop courte...

Villa idéale pour découvrir la Corse du sud

La villa matisse nous a séduit par sa très belle vue de la terrasse, son confort, son calme et la proximité de la grande piscine commune à la résidence. Sa situation est idéale pour profiter des belles plages alentours. Porto Vecchio est à 10mn en voiture, Bonifacio à 25mn. Ne manquez pas les promenades à l’intérieur des terres ou vous trouverez toujours un cours d'eau pour vous rafraîchir. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de nos vacances à la villa Matisse.

Nous avons passé deux semaines en juin à la Villa Matisse, et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour! Le descriptif de la Villa est conforme, nous avons adoré la superbe vue! Nous la recommandons sans hésiter. A noter également que les propriétaires ont répondu rapidement à nos questions, ce que nous avons trouvé très agréable. Belles vacances!

Vacances très agréables

La maison est très agréable et offre une vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas. Il n'y manque rien et tout est fait pour que les vacances soient réussies. La résidence est propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le sérieux des propriétaires lors de la préparation du séjour ainsi que l'accueil de Karine et son mari lors de notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cette location.
