Chalet avec superbe vue dans un village charmant. Tout est net et fonctionnel. A 5 min du lac d'émeraude et à 10 minutes de tous les commerces. Pour des vacances montagnes/ plages, c'est juste parfait, il y a de quoi profiter.

Semaine entre amis à Serre-Ponçon

Arrivée sur les lieux compliqués car le logement était encore occupé. Marie-Laure (intermédiaire avec les propriétaires) a été au top, nous a proposé son extérieur / choix de restaurant etc.. pour nous demander de patienter. 2ème arrivée sur les lieux, grosse incompréhension avec le propriétaire : sur l'annonce, il était écrit "bain à remous". Dominique (propriétaire) nous indique que c'est une erreur qu'il y en a jamais eu... Malgré ces aléas, non des moindres, nous avons passé un agréable séjour : chalet propre, calme et isolé. Derrière incompréhension, réglé d'une main de maître par Marie-Laure : la caution. Nous avons versé la caution sur le site Abritel et un chèque nous était demandé après envoi d'une preuve à Marie-Laure tout c'est bien passé. Points positifs : Calme Isolé Propre Points négatifs : Pas de bain à remous

Aucun accueille a l'arrivée. Personnes pour le départ non plus. Je nai pas vue de bains a remous... Tres dommage jai principalement loué pour cela... Lodeur de fauve tres presente dans la chambre du bas. Aucun oreillers digne de ce nom. Literie inconfortable. Quand ont loue a 8 cela ne doit pas etre confortable avec une seule douche. Confort de ce qui sert de canapé dans le salon rudimentaire. Cadre magnifique oui, location trop chère pour la prestation.

Prachtige locatie, mooie vakantiewoning

De mooie vakantiewoning staat een eindje de berg op, aan een uitdagend steil pad. Het uitzicht over het meer is fenomenaal. De woning is mooi en beschikt over veel voorzieningen. Die zijn voldoende. Wel een aantal aandachtspunten: -de bedden zijn niet echt comfortabel te noemen, de matrassen zijn hard en dun. -op de bovenverdieping verdient het aanbeveling om horren te installeren. Dan kunnen de ramen 's nachts open als het warm is (en boven wordt het warm). -het terrasmeubilair is niet heel comfortabel te noemen. Advies: investeer wat in lekker zittende relaxstoelen. De paar relaxstoelen die er zijn, zijn versleten.
