The apartment, all on one level, preserves its rustic charm with exposed stone walls and elegant finishes. It features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a modern bathroom with travertine marble and a spacious shower, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, smart TV, pellet stove, washing machine, dryer, crib, high chair, and artisan olive oil produced from the property’s olive trees.



The apartment opens onto a shaded terrace surrounded by shrubs, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. The private hot tub is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The garden, bordered by olive groves, enhances the Tuscan atmosphere; a covered parking space is available.



Gaiole in Chianti is just a short drive away, with supermarkets and bakeries. Radda in Chianti is less than 15 minutes away, offering restaurants, wine bars, and shops. Siena, San Gimignano, and Florence are easy to reach for day trips. The villa is also close to a cycling path for exploring Chianti by bike.



Only small dogs are allowed (no large dogs). Smoking is permitted. The apartment is part of a historic farmhouse where the owners live upstairs and are available for assistance and local tips. Three well-behaved dogs also live on the property.



From November 1st to the end of May, heating is available for an extra fee to be agreed with the hosts. Heating for the hot tub is also available for an extra fee to be agreed with the hosts.
