Der Vermieter und seine Frau waren ausgesprochen herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das GartenhĂ€uschen lag zentrumsnah,aber sehr ruhig.Es war sehr individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.In der KĂŒche gab es alles ,was man brauchte.Der Garten bot viel Platz zum relaxen.Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen. Ruhiges und praktisches FerienhÀuschen mit Garten

Das Gite ist mit auf dem GrundstĂŒck des EigentĂŒmers, der sich aber diskret zurĂŒckgezogen hĂ€lt. Man hat den Garten fĂŒr sich allein. Das HĂ€uschen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, ideal fĂŒr 2 Personen. Das Auto kann man bedenkenlos in der NĂ€he abstellen. Der wöchentliche Markt (immer am Donnerstag) ist zu Fuß in 5 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Agde liegt sehr gĂŒnstig um die ruhigeren StrĂ€nde etwas außerhalb in 30 - 45 Minuten zu rreichen. Monsieur Alibert ist sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Kompliment! Wir kommen gern wieder ...

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem gepflegten, schönen Garten in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Haus der Vermieter. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und man fĂŒhlt sich sofort wohl. Was auch an den sehr sympathischen Vermietern liegt, die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen, wenn gewĂŒnscht. Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt von Agde bietet fusslĂ€ufig schnell Zugang zu allen GeschĂ€ften, bietet aber trotzdem ein ruhiges Umfeld.

Om ni söker en lÀgenhet (som egentligen Àr ett litet hus pÄ tomten) med lugnt lÀge i villakvarter med tillgÄng till parkering i nÀrheten, men ÀndÄ med gÄngavstÄnd till Agde centrum, sÄ Àr detta stÀllet. Trevlig inredd lÀgenhet med allt som behövs och med möjlighet att anvÀnda del av Àgarens trÀdgÄrd för att Àta och grilla. VÀnligt mottagande, Àgaren mÄn om att allting var i ordning. LÀgenheten passar nog bÀst för vuxna utan barn. Kan rekommenderas. Bra utgÄngspunkt för besök i omrÄdet lÀngs kusten eller inlandet och naturligtvis fina sandstrÀnder pÄ 4 km avstÄnd. Stort inköpscenter ca 1 km dÀrifrÄn och gÄngavstÄnd till bageri.

Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© ce gĂźte confortable, joliment dĂ©corĂ© et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Tout est Ă  portĂ©e de main et rien ne manque pour cuisiner ou faire un barbecue. Le gĂźte offre un grand calme aprĂšs une journĂ©e bien remplie. Les enfants sont en sĂ©curitĂ© dans un beau jardin. Des places de parking gratuites Ă  proximitĂ© sont un vrai plus. Nous n’avons qu’une envie, c’est d’y revenir. Nous vous le recommandons vivement.

Nous avons apprécié le confort général, l'essentiel est là. Le lieu est calme, le jardin agréable. M. Alibert est effectivement discret et sympatique, il connait bien la région et nous a fait profité de ses conseils ( visite, gastronomie...). Un éclairage pour diner dans le jardin serait un plus !

Beautifully Quiet

This charming gite is situated in the very pleasant garden of the owner's house a short walk from the centre of old Agde. It is very quiet, and there is parking possible close by. It was clean and bright with plenty of room to move about in the bedroom and kitchen/diner/living room. Beautiful full length windows and french doors mean that the main room is flooded with light and allows you to view the garden should you not wish to sit outside. The owner was most kind and helpful without being at all intrusive. We thoroughly recommend this place.

On ne peut demander mieux,

Le gßte est parfait, c'est trÚs propre et bien entretenu.Il ne manque rien. Il est situé a proximité du centre-ville et des commodités. C'est un endroit tranquille, sécuritaire et Il y a du stationnement. Il y a de trÚs bons restaurants sur le bord de l'Hérault à quelques minutes de marche. Nous avons pu faire du vélo sur le bord du canal du midi. La gare est à quinze minutes à pied en face de l'écluse ronde. le propriétaire est trÚs respectueux et discret, mais si vous avez besoin d'aide ou de conseil il est là. On ne peut demander mieux.

aucune mauvaise surprise Ă  attendre de la location de Mr Richard. Accueil chaleureux et sincĂšre, location au calme absolu avec mĂȘme la possibilitĂ©e de dormir la fenĂȘtre ouverte la nuit, coin verdure pour les repas et le tout Ă  5 mn, Ă  pied, du centre d'Adge. Avec un propriĂ©taire voisin trĂ©s discret. Surtout, ne changĂ© rien.
