Excellent location for my purposes. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Could here walking around upstairs late into the night, and a little musty smelling….but it is a basement apartment. Very gracious hosts.

the place is very clean and the host are very nice people.This is our 3rd year staying here and if we come next year hopefully we can stay here again.

We appreciate the good, safe location. Sometimes it is loud past the normal bedtime, especially in the bottom level. Lots of noise after 10 pm. Blinds could be updated so the bedrooms could be darker at night due to neighbors lights. Cleaner needs to check the small details like spider webs.

The location was great. The apartment was clean and decorated. The windows were dirty and the air conditioners needed cleaning. The front steps need repair as does the front doorway. The place is clearly still being renovated. We were happy to be in the neighborhood, but the building was underwhelming

"Airb n 'bug"Listed as sleeping 6 only 3 beds and a small couch. Had to make my own make shift bed. Earwig bugs infest the floor in this place. Found crawling on everyone of the guests at one point or another through out the stay. Patio was a mess and looked nothing like the photos, Chairs missing cushions. Dvd player did not work. If you enjoy camping outdoors in a dark bug ridden humid place you should stay here. Watch your head too ceilings are very low.

This was a convenient location in a part of town where it's hard to find lodgings. The neighborhood was lovely and we felt safe. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was ready for use. The ceilings in this basement apartment are VERY low, and my 6'4" tall husband had to stoop to keep from hitting his head. We also noticed that the sounds from the family in the house above us were quite noticeable: footsteps, conversations, someone playing the piano. None of this is a deal-breaker, just things to keep in mind.

The listing was as described. Place was clean. One of the complaints i do have is, they should list about the low entry way into the apt. Also there is no hand railing to the downstairs apt and there was upstairs noise often. No communication with the host other than the initial check in.Otherwise cute,clean place!

Fabulous stay

We enjoyed the cozy accommodations, easy check-in/check-out for our short stay. It was easily accessible to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and a small grocery as well. It had everything we needed and would highly recommend to others.

Great location

This is my second time staying here, but it’s a great space with easy access to the businesses on Como Street and Luther Seminary. Place was neat, hosts were friendly, hope to rent again next time I’m in the twin cities.

Check in was super easy with a code for a lockbox for the key. This basement apartment was well furnished and very clean. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees and flower gardens. I loved the sweet sidewalk path up to Como Ave.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe with ample parking. We also enjoyed the Finnish Bistro that is within walking distance. Since the family lives above the basement unit, there can be noises heard above you at night like chairs scraping, people walking and noise from T.V.
