Espectacular Oasis de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en medio de la ruta del vino de Malibú. Los !El dormitorio grande tiene una cama king size con baño privado y una gran ducha de mármol para 2 personas y HABITACIÓN DE VAPOR, así como una SAUNA grande separada. Las puertas francesas se abren a un patio de piedra con bañera exterior para que puedas bañarte bajo las estrellas. Una escalera lo lleva a una ducha privada al aire libre con lavabo al aire libre y zona de estar rodeada de bambú para mayor privacidad. También hay un amplio vestidor y cuarto de lavado.
El segundo dormitorio aún más grande tiene cama doble con sala de estar, pequeña oficina y baño privado con ducha.
Ambas habitaciones se abren a una acogedora sala de estar con chimenea de piedra de mampostería real, araña de astas de ciervo masiva con una cocina abierta fuera de la sala de estar.
Hay puertas francesas en todas partes y pisos de piedra dentro y fuera que rodean su ENORME piscina privada de agua dulce con cascadas y tobogán de piedra rodeado de exuberante vegetación. Hay un gran jacuzzi de agua dulce y una piscina para niños con caídas de agua, todos los cuales se limpian mediante la tecnología de ozono y la ósmosis inversa para obtener la mejor calidad de agua. Es como nadar en un lago. Hay bancos de piedra del viejo mundo en toda la propiedad y barbacoa al aire libre para una experiencia gastronómica al aire libre excepcional. La mejor parte LAS VISTAS !!! Estás rodeado de montañas y viñedos donde las puestas de sol son impresionantes, pensarás que estás en el PARAÍSO .....
Estás a 5 minutos de la playa, a 15 minutos del valle, a 30 minutos de Santa Mónica y a 45 minutos de Beverly Hills. El Malibu Cafe está cruzando la calle, The Old Place a 3 minutos y hay degustación de vinos en todas partes. Hay caminatas, cabalgatas, surf, paddle, ciclismo de montaña y mucho más. ¡ESTA ES LA MEJOR UBICACIÓN!

It’s Gorgeous

This is one of those properties that’s worth every penny. First off, it was SPOTLESS. Immaculately cleaned and fluffed and dusted and everything in its place. I was incredibly impressed. Secondly, the VIEWS. Oh my! Just the most sweeping and beautiful 360 views of the mountains and vineyards. They were breathtaking! I’m weird about bathrooms, so forgive me for listing them in the WOW category. Because WOW. The master bath was perfect and so well appointed. The towels were fluffy and clean and sparkling. The toilet was clean. The shower was huge and spa like. And the tub was fit for a princess. Oh and double sinks! And views from the sink!!! You brush your teeth while looking at just the best views! The pool was huge. And so fun for the kids I brought with me. They ate outside at a lovely table while I was able to throw stuff on the grill. Which was also clean. I mean, so clean I wanted to know how they got the grill so perfect! I was almost afraid to use it! There was a lovely sound system so I was able to do everything while enjoying my music. This place is perfect for a quick get away, or a nice girls weekend. Or a romantic get away. Or a very small and intimate retreat. She’s a great host and this is a great property. It’s pricey but worth every penny!

This was an absolutely amazing property and weekend getaway for us in LA (we are natives). Leslie was a perfect host. We loved the outside bbq and the pool and views are just incredible. Will definitely visit again!

Breath taking views and home

Leslie greeted us upon arrival and showed us a quick tour of the home. Every single angle of this place has been designed with intention. This was a complete 5 star stay for my partner and I. Loved all the on site amenities like hot tub, pool, and fire pits. Will definitely keep this in mind for future get always. Thanks Leslie!

Mountaintop Oasis

After looking at literally dozens of properties, we finally decided on Leslie’s cute little cottage in the wine country. When we arrived, it became apparent that this place was well beyond “cute.” Spacious outdoor accommodations were filled with beauty and peacefulness, a huge swimming pool, jacuzzi, greenery and scenery. Leslie was easy to deal with, charming, delightful and helpful. Her mountaintop oasis was perfectly located for us — just minutes away from every place we wanted to go, but without all of the noise and cultural clutter so common closer to the PCH. We highly recommend staying here and plan to do so again ourselves! The two bedroom indoor space is quaint and comfortable, with a small kitchen, living room, and two well-appointed bathrooms. Everything you need is there, including some amenities you don’t, such as the large teak indoor sauna and the cool outdoor bathtub! There are too many nice touches to list, but the quality of the place and its modern amenities were evident and really appreciated. Looking for the perfect place to spend a week in Malibu is challenging and fraught with fear of the unknown. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found the perfect place for us, and to have a wonderful new friend in Leslie. Ike S and Camille S

We had an amazing time at this property. The pictures do not do just to the property, and the views, justice (they never do). Everything was immaculate, from the house, to the pool, to the landscaping. The owner was polite, helpful, and professional; we asked for suggestions on local spots to eat and grab drinks and she led us to the best places! Overall great experience, would highly recommend!

An Incredible home in an exquisite setting!

This home is a gem, and we could not have enjoyed it more....we will definitely be back. The owner Leslie was extremely attentive to all of our needs, and the property, views, and location are perfect for a short weekend, or extended stay. We absolutely loved it!

Beautiful setting, fantastic water!

We had a wonderful experience. The water and environment was a perfect place to rest and gather good energy. Leslie was available as needed and helpful in many ways. The home was bigger than the pictures could convey and the space felt great indoors and out. Fyi: propane for heating the pool and spa is extra.

Very fine and upscale!

Leslie's place is an exquisite aerie, a world apart that creates its own atmosphere -- aerated by an ozone water filtration system that uses no chlorine in the enormous swimming pool (the mechanics of its eco-engineering artfully hidden like a stage set). We we were there in March, so we learned to love the bracing cold water invigorating our systems as we immersed ourselves with delight! (Of course the pool would be warm in the summer.) Although the interior of the house has no table designed for eating, outdoors the long wooden dining table, in dappled shade, looks out at a view that rivals Tuscan splendor in its beauty. Vineyards spill out along the hillsides, bulbous mountain crags divulge unforgettable sunset silhouettes, and Da Vincian blue hills in the distance rest your eyes and refresh your spirits. Leslie's eagle eye for perfection makes sure that nothing is out of place and nothing goes amiss. All in all, a marvelous refuge from your cares in this harried world. Nanine Valen, Swarthmore, PA

Just Amazing

The best stay ever at an Air BnB. The host was aways available to make you have everything you need during your stay. Well kept, clean (immaculate). I can't wait to stay again. It will be my new vacation spot for when family members visit from out of the state. Just love Leslie, she's the best

We have travelled all over the world but this place in Maibu was #1 for us! And the owner Leslie just made it that much better! Beautiful settings, gorgeous pool, location could not be better, and the local resteraunts are awesome. It is a slice of Chianti, Italy in California❤️ Scott

Outdoor Oasis

My husband and I stayed here with our two little girls, 3 1/2 and 10 months for a week. Although we were visiting family and did some sightseeing in Santa Monica and Santa Barbara, we never really wanted to leave Malibu or our cottage. This place is magical! The grounds are gorgeous and have a huge chemical-free pool with a hot tub and water slide. You are surrounded by mountains 360 degrees around you and the landscaping is beautiful and well-maintained. We literally spent the majority of our time outside. All of us took baths in the outside tub which was quite glorious! The outdoor grill worked well and we enjoyed all of our meals outside. The inside of the cottage is exquisitely decorated with exotic items from all over the world. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and serving - pots, pans, glassware, coffee pot, etc... Beds were comfortable and clean. All of the household products in this house are free of chemicals. There are essential oils and wonderful beauty products to try as well, which mama enjoyed. Also many great books to read. The owner is very helpful and even took me to the grocery store to help me stock the villa with food. The only negatives I could possibly think of is that the owner is building a beautiful new house very close to the pool area, the charge for propane to heat the pool is an extra cost, and the laundry equipment is pretty small. Otherwise, this home is HEAVEN! Highly recommend!!!

This is one spectacular property, perfectly matched by its gracious owner. Something special and indescribable resides on this piece of land. The eclectic collection of things from around the world kept us so entranced. This home is elegant, cozy and unforgettable! Malibu Wine Trail

Breathtaking home! Perfect for weddings! My husband and I got married here last month and it was exactly what we had imagined. Leslie was extremely welcoming and tended to all of our needs throughout the entire duration of our stay and on our wedding day. This home provides peace, tranquility and offers complete privacy with astonishing views of the Malibu wine trail. The bedding was extremely comfortable and kitchen had everything you would need. We would highly recommend staying here or holding events here to anyone. This property is a must see! Even more beautiful in person! Thanks Leslie for everything!

This was a great property. The views were incredible! It sits between 2 vineyards which are just amazing! The pool is amazing and so relaxing! Music is available outside to make you feel like your in a spa! Don't hesitate to rent this property!

Actually I use to have 3 wolves and was known as the Wolf Woman of Malibu. I AM a woman who runs with the wolves literally..lol!. I've lived in London, Paris, Milan, NYC, Toronto, LA and now Malibu and have traveled all over the world. I have to say I was happiest in Italy and fell in love with Portafino ...loved the cave with the elevator soooo James Bond!!!!!
Some of my favorite movies are Matrix, The Gladiator, Truly Madly Deeply and of course Dances with Wolves...dah!!! I LOVE ALL MUSIC... the language of the soul and healthy organic food. Love hanging with friends dancing and YOGA!!! Life is a roller coaster, the bigger the life the wilder the ride...YEEEEEHAAAAAAAA!!!

It was love at first sight!!!! When I first came to LA I walked up Benedict Canyon and fell in love with being on top of the mountain. I decided in that moment that's where I wanted to live. Shortly there after I was invited to this property and fell in love instantly as though I'd come home. There wasn't a finished home at the time but I had a vision of what it was going to look like finished and have been working on it ever since. Getting this property wasn't easy however it was meant to be as it is now mine. It's a loooooong story, perhaps I'll tell you when you come to visit.. :))
