Located at 50 meters of the sea; at the end of the street, the sea as far as the eye can see and the small port of Pors Guen. The fine sand beach is at 100 meters only. This comfortable villa, arranged with taste, is located in a residential district, quiet and peaceful, at nr. 5 of the street of the Gulls (which will not fail to recall you that the sea is there, near!). Its restoration, at the dawn of the year 2000, has made a place of pleasant and functional life, opening, side garden, on a nest of greenery, which will be able to preserve your peace and to shelter your meals in the open air.

Très bon séjour

Super maison, spacieuse, très bien équipée. Jardin clos parfait pour les enfants. Quartier très calme. Il y a juste à faire 15sec de marche pour avoir une magnifique vue sur la mer. Et petite plage à proximité. Excellente communication avec le prioritaire des lieux. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Prima verblijf

Prachtig, ruim huis op een fantastische plek. Niet voor mensen die veel reuring en vertier zoeken, het is vooral natuur en zee in een fraaie omgeving. Ook heel geschikt voor ons hondje vanwege de afgesloten tuin.
