Plenty of sleeping space available for 12-17 guests, including a bunk room that sleeps 6 plus 2 kings, 1 queen and 2 futon/sleeper sofas. The home offers top end appliances, solid surface countertops, extensive utensils and kitchen items, flat screen TVs in every room, outdoor dining, grilling, hot tub, fire pit and the entertainment amenities you need to ensure a stress free, ready to relax week.
The beach is 100 yards from the home and is easily accessible via a walkway beside the house. You'll enjoy almost 1200 SF of covered and open air balconies with beach views-both gulf and sound. The 3 deck areas allow your choice of relaxation, one large rear deck with a covered area and a secluded sun area, one large uncovered upper sundeck off the second floor master or 3rd bedroom and a covered sitting deck on the 2nd floor front of the home.
With an easy walk or bike ride, you are only 500 yards from shopping centers, nightlife and restaurants. Or you can enjoy the large area underneath the home for cookouts on the grill provided. There is a large “toy” closet that contains items like beach cruiser bikes, paddleboard, rolling cooler, skim boards, boogie boards, kayak, frisbees, balls, games, buckets, hammock, shovels and more. The house now has an onsite sand volleyball court. Whether you choose to visit in the summer or fall, the climate is lovely and inviting and the beach breezes and views are always welcoming.
