Rural cottage with a traditional atmosphere, in a large farm typical of Vexin, in the center of the village. Loft spirit living rooms. Beautiful stone staircase and oak beams. Completely renovated in 2005.

Located in the heart of the Vexin Regional Natural Park, 2 km from the Théméricourt park house, 30 minutes from Giverny, La Roche Guyon, Auvers.

It is the calm and the countryside near Paris (50 km). Easy access by A15, RN14 and A13 motorways.

Weekend and overnight rental possible in mid season, less than 2 months in advance.

Excelent

The location is very quite, located in a very nice village. The building was fully renovated, so both ground and the floor looking fresh and confortable. The rooms are big and we found a kitchen completely equipped. The rooms and bathrooms are big, there are very good condition also for 6 people, even we were only 4 people. The guest is very kindly and helped us with every reguest we had. I recommend 100%.

Perfect Stay in the Country

The very kind hostess gave us great advice during our weeklong stay. The gite is fantastic - comfortable beds, ample bathrooms, and nicely equipped kitchen. Avernes is a lovely town, close to many other small villages and beautiful countryside, but also easy drive to Monet’s house and gardens and larger towns. The restaurant in town offers delicious food, and the butcher is well provisioned…both an easy walk from the gite. Highly recommended, Thanks Sandrine!

Fantastic holiday.

Beautiful property to spend 2weeks in, our whole family loved it. Host was very friendly, she gave us plenty of free tomatoes from her garden and whenever we needed help with anything she always had time to pop over. My children loved playing with her two dogs and giving them plenty of cuddles. Easy access to Euro Disney and Paris. A bit tricky to find the property so make sure you can contact the owner to get specific directions when you arrive in the area. Comfy beds, wonderful bathrooms. There wasn't anything to not like. If you want a peaceful, comfortable get away then this is the place for you.

Gîte très confortable dans un cadre très agréable

Gîte dans une ferme refait à neuf, spacieux pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, bien équipé, très bien chauffé pour nos 2 enfants, propre et très agréable. Nous avions même un sapin de noël dans le séjour! La propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli et était là pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous passons souvent dans la région et nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner à cette adresse

Une ferme typique du Vexin

Nous avons cherché une maison typique du Vexin pour toute la famille, de faire des excursions à Paris, à Versaille, à Giverny, dans la campagne... Dans votre gîte nous avons trouvé une maison au village avec beaucoup de place pour 6 personnes. Le propriétaire est trés gentille et nous a donné de bons conseils. Nous avons recevu des vacances trés calme et agréable.

un accueil remarquable

l'endroit est très agréble, aéré et fonctionnel. La rénovation a été réalisée avec gout et garde la nature et l'ame du lieu. les petits plus à disposition des enfants à l'extérieur sont appréciables (petits vélos, babyfoot, table de ping-pong...) et la propriétaire sait donner envie de découvrir les alentours (de belles balades à faire dans le vexin). je conseille avec plaisir !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de votre gîte ainsi que la gentillesse de votre accueil. Nous en parlons autour de nous et pensons revenir vous voir au printemps prochain. La proximité de Paris, ainsi que le cadre agréable de ce petit village sont des atouts supplémentaires non négligeables pour les amoureux de la nature, et l'accès pratique. Agréable, grand et fonctionnel, rien ne manque

J'ai été agréablement surprise par l'espace disponible dans le gîte, par le charme des vieilles pierres et du bel escalier intérieur, le confort de la literie et la grande cuisine équipée. Les sanitaires nombreux (3 WC et 2 douches) nous ont permis un séjour sans se marcher dessus à l'heure de la toilette. Le gîte est fonctionnel, le calme remarquable, nous avons pu profiter d'une belle nuit étoilée dans un silence parfait. La gentillesse et l'attention discrète de Sandrine, la propriétaire des lieux, a fini de nous convaincre de revenir sans hésiter lors d'un prochain séjour. En résumé, la description du gîte correspond parfaitement à ce qu'on trouve à l'arrivée. On se sent chez soi pour un très bon rapport qualité, prix. Jeannine et Jean

excellent séjour

Vous pouvez séjourner sans soucis dans ce gite à la campagne mais très proche de Paris et de la Normandie. Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances : l'accueil de la propriétaire, ses conseils pour les visites, la retauration du gite, son équipement (excellente literie, entre autre) et l'environnement. Une adresse à retenir et à partager avec nos amis

Nous y avions séjournes 7 mois à 5 adultes pour un déplacement professionnel, un gîte très agréable tous équipés au calme dans un cadre rural gîte à la fois rustique et contemporain qui a répondu à toute nos attentes,un accueille convivial et toujours à notre écoute,un très bon rapport qualité/prix,bref un excellent gîte qui conviendra à tous les âges. Holiday in Avernes - april 2011 ( 2 weeks)

We had such a wonderful stay in the apartment. Very peaceful and restful atmosphere in the place. The apartment was in the perfect location and was very nicely appointed with all necessities. Very clean and well maintained property. It had everything we needed and owners were so pleasant, cordial and helpful. A wonderful place for cycling. This was so much better for us than a hotel! We would highly recommend this apartment, and would certainly stay there again!
