This a beautiful hidden gem. Property is amazing. Well thought out. A great place to bring your pets. We had a great time. Steam room was a nice plus. No wifi no cell service for 30 miles. A wonderful place to unplug, reconnect and relax. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Fun for all ages! The accessibility of the property works great for our family. Love relaxing on the wrap around deck, floating and swimming in the river! The house is always very clean and well stocked. Love visiting every summer!

A Few Days on the River

This was our first opportunity to discover this lovely property on the Umpqua River. I have rented numerous properties throughout the years, and this by far was the best equipped with needed supplies. Adjacent is another property with a larger home rental. I highly recommend to family and friends

Beautiful Riverside Stay

The property was absolutely beautiful, the house was beautiful and clean, and Patti was so nice! We checked in late, around 11:00 PM and we were pleasantly surprised to see a fresh batch of homemade cookies waiting for us! The next day we were able to meet Patti and talk with her for a while and get some local history of the area and of the property.My friends and I have all decided that we want to make this a yearly get together at their property as it was so beautiful and we felt so welcomed.

Annual Family Vacation

Another successful family vacation! Enjoyed floating, swimming, and fishing in the river, yard games, and relaxing on the covered porch. The house is always clean and well stocked. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Slice of Paradise

This is our very favorite vacation spot. We have stayed at this location many times. The locatikn is absolutely beautiful and Todd & Patty are fabulous. The only issue we had were the people staying in the property next door. The man with the big truck and trailer was not keen on us using the swimming hole. He was very rude in letting us know that this was his swiming hole and we should be using our swimming hole not his. We tried to politely let him know this was the only swimming hole but he was not hearing what we had to say and continued with his rude comments. We've never had this issue with other guests who stayed at the property next door.

Amazing experience!

Exceeded our expectations! The house looked even better in person. We loved absolutely everything about it, especially the pool table and the table tennis! Kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, spices, condiments and more! Beautiful location on the river!

Looking to unwind ? This is the place.

This is our favorite destination in Southern Oregon . This property is as great as it gets. Seclusion at it's finest. Recreation on site. Very clean. Everything you need is there. This was our third stay. Plan to make it an annual event. Well worth the stay.

A Perfect River Retreat

Gorgeous property - We love this place!

We had such a great stay again! First time at this property. Last year we stayed at the house next to it. Both properties are great, well maintained and super immaculate!! Extremely well stocked for cooking & the steam shower was a plus as well! Had a blast playing games, floating on the river and ATV excursions out to explore. Never a dull moment. Let’s just say, 5 stars isn’t enough - superb!

We built this house with our daughter and son-in-law and used some of the trees off the property to complete the project. We love the views and the access to the river.
