Nice cottage located 2 kms from the beaches of Trouville / Deauville, 1. 500 kms from the center of Deauville (Morny place).
Ideal place to enjoy the calm of the countryside near the sea.

This is the first green space at the exit of Deauville, the property is located next to the racecourse Deauville and before the equestrian center (International Pole Horse). The new Wimbledon Normand (lawn tennis) is 500 meters away, one of the only places where you can play on turf.

Nestled in a screen of greenery and not overlooked, we offer you all the comfort, large windows overlooking a pond, kitchen, bathroom with shower 'house', washing machine, 2 bedrooms to accommodate 4 people ( 1 double bed and two single beds) large wooden terrace, WIFI (fiber optic) indoor / outdoor ..
Bikes are available, the new bike path starts at the exit of the property, it goes on one side to the center of Deauville and the other to the small village of St Arnoult.
For children, there is a secure trampoline and a playground.
It is very well insulated. (rockwool and double glazing).

Two week stay with the family @ end of July/beginnind of August

It is a nice place, on a farm but still very close to Deauville (3 min by car). The house is not very big and a bit sensitive to noise, which can be a problem if you are staying with children. A big plus is that the accommodation is run by extremely friendly and helpful landlords. Overall i would highly recommend it.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce petit chalet sans vis à vis et calme. On entend un peu la route mais elle n'est pas gênante. On est vraiment très près en voiture des commodités et de la mer. A peine 5 mn pour Leclerc et Carrefour et à moins de 10 mn de la plage de Deauville. Le propriétaire est à notre disposition en cas de problème. Il nous a très bien conseillé sur la région. Le chalet est très bien pour un couple et 2 enfants. Je recommande cette location

Logement idealement situé, à proximité d’une piste cyclable accedant au centre ville de Deauville ainsi qu’à sa plage.La literie est bonne et le logement bien etretenu. Nous sommes tres heureuses d’avoir pu prendre nos 2 chats sans difficultes.A notre grand plaisir, nous avons eu le droit à des confitures maison ainsi qu’a des produits du jardins. Nous avons pu beneficier d’un choix de velo de toutes taille et de la réactivité du proprietaire en cas de probleme technique.Nous recommandons grandelent cette location.

Lieu très sympa

Cet endroit permet de se retirer en toute tranquillité en étant à proximité immédiate de Deauville et St Arnoult, tout cela peut se faire à pieds grâce à cette voie verte très bien aménagée et sécurisée. tranquilité et confort

nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans ce joli chalet ou rien ne manque. L'endroit est placé idéalement pour visiter, randonner, aller à la plage ou prendre un verre en terrasse. Une voie verte se trouve à 100M du gîte pour se rendre à Deauville qui est à 2,5km, à pieds ou en vélo, très pratique. Patrice est très à l'écoute et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Nous reviendrons très certainement dans ce petit nid douillet.

Un petit joyau à la campagne mais près de la mer. Rien ne manquait 👌 Deauville, Trouville au mois de juin c'est la plage presque pour nous seuls. Les restos sont ouverts à prix abordables. Accueil très agréable du propriétaire mr Lebosse. Rien à dire de négatif.

Vacances reposantes à proximité du circuit vélo de Deauville et Trouville ou pont l'évêque. Bonne boulangerie à St Arnoult à 5 mn à vélo ou pour une balade à pied. Très bon accueil du propriétaire, nous recommandons cette location.
