Appartement très bien conçu et très bien équipé. Situation idéale en plein centre de la plage . Appartement complété par un garage, plus que pratique étant donnée la difficulté à se garer en période touristique. appartement très bien situé et propre. Le garage est un plus. L'immeuble est très calme. En revanche, il est situé sur un boulevard, donc beaucoup de circulation. Mais compte tenu de la vue, il faut savoir faire un choix. Pas loin du centre ville à pied avec des super restaurants sur la plage (monica notamment).

Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit direktem Meerblick. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in der schönen Umgebung

Positiv: Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Es steht eine Garage zur Verfügung, was in der Hauptsaison sehr wichtig sein dürfte. Kurze Wege zu Fuß ins Zentrum, Strandcafes vor der Türe. Negativ: Das Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat zuzeit Probleme mit den Wasserrohren. Dies führte zu einem muffigen Geruch in einem Schlafzimmer. Diese Stränge werden nach Angabe des Vermieters aber zurzeit grundsaniert. Die Promenade vor dem Balkon ist verkehrsmäßig teilweise lebhaft.

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement situé idéalement. Un vélo suffit à parcourir les ruelles ombragées de cette ville exceptionnelle. La qualité de l’échange avec le propriétaire du lieu était au rendez vous, appréciable quand on est en mode vacances.

Nous avons passé un séjour estival exceptionnel ! L'accueil très sympathique du propriétaire a participé à apprécier le bel et spacieux appartement que nous avons occupé pendant 2 semaines. Tout y est : les équipements complets, l'emplacement, la vue imprenable sur la baie, la proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Nous espérons y revenir très vite 😎

Sauber, gepflegt, Top-Lage und Blick

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Boulevard und unmittelbar am Strand. Verkehrsgeräusche lassen sich leider nicht verhindern und können manchmal lästig sein. Doch der Blick von der Terrasse entschädigt Alles. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und vollständig ausständig ausgestattet. Der Möbelbestand ist nicht aktuelle und stammt aus verschiedenen Ausstattungsepochen, doch ist alles i.o. und ordentlich. Nennen wir es "den französische Charme". Fazit: Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben eine schöne Zeit in La Baule und der Wohnung verlebt. Gerne kommen wir wieder !
