Our deluxe three bedroom condo is beautifully decorated and has a living room large enough for your whole family. Equipped with a home entertainment center (TV, VCR, DVD,) and stereo CD player it will be easy to relax after a fun filled day on the beach. With a well equipped kitchen, ample room in the dining room and extra seating at the breakfast bar, dinner will be relaxing and entertaining. Our balcony with beautiful views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico has sliding glass doors off the Master bedroom and the living room.

The unit can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master, two full beds in the second bedroom, one queen bed in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With two full bathrooms there is plenty of room for your whole family. You will also find a regular size washer and dryer in the unit for your use.

This is a no smoking unit and pets are not allowed. No renters under 25 years old.

This property was conveniently located. The condo unit is very close to St. Andrews State Park. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen. The only thing is there was nowhere to put our food. All the cupboards were full of dishes. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable & made noises every time you sat on it. Ice machine didn’t work which cost us an additional 14-28 a day. Water was off one evening when we came up from beach for showers (8 of us). No notification. Pool restrictions were inconsistent day to day. Elevators didn’t work 2x during our stay & we were on the 11th floor with 3 seniors with knee & hip issues.

This condo is in a great location on the beautiful Panama City Beach. Unfortunately, we were working most of the time from Hurricane Michael so we didn't get to take advantage of the beach. There are restaurants and grocery stores close by. The condo is a great size for larger families. The manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. There was a problem with the stove and Lois had someone out right away. The stove had to be replaced and I was surprised how quickly it was done due to the fact the area is still recovering from Hurricane Michael. I look forward to coming back to Panama City Beach for vacation and would rent this place again.

Great short vacation

Owner responded to questions and concerns very quickly. Elevator in our section was out for half our stay, which created long wait times at the next closest elevator (this was on the actual resort-not the owner). Found leftover trash under one of the beds, notified the cleaning people. This unit has absolute beautiful sunset views! The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't use them, but games and beach toys were available. We were required to check in at the resort in order to get parking passes and the resort charges a $25 registration fee that the owner seemed unaware of this required policy. Loved the heated pool, kiddie pool and variety at the pool bar with reasonable prices. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay! I recommend it!

Beyond my expectations!

This property is fantastic! Spacious, tastefully decorated, best kitchen ever, clean, full size washer/dryer. Balcony is a side view but still nice! Our family of 8 (4 adults-2 teenagers and 2 under 9) had plenty of room. The only inconvenience we found was the requirement to wash the sheets. With 5 sets of sheets, it took 3 loads to wash them which meant I had to start at 6:00 AM and although we were otherwise ready to check out before 8:00, we had to stay another hour because of the laundry requirements. This won’t prevent me from returning but a note for the owner’s consideration. I’ve traveled to 47 states and Europe and have never once encountered this requirement. Our experience was fantastic and we would without reservation rebook this unit!

Fun trip

Overall we were very happy with this property. A couple of things that could have made it better…a tv in all bedrooms (queen bedroom did not have one). Ease of access to the other tvs. Roku remotes only worked in the living room. We actually went and purchased one that we connected to one of the tvs in the bedrooms. Also, nothing that the owner can help but the elevators are extremely small and slow.
