Our deluxe three bedroom condo is beautifully decorated and has a living room large enough for your whole family. Equipped with a home entertainment center (TV, VCR, DVD,) and stereo CD player it will be easy to relax after a fun filled day on the beach. With a well equipped large kitchen, ample room in the dining room and extra seating at the breakfast bar, dinner will be relaxing and entertaining. Our balcony with beautiful views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico has sliding glass doors off the Master bedroom and the living room.

The unit can sleep up to 9 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master, two twin beds in the second bedroom, one queen bed in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With two full bathrooms there is plenty of room for your whole family. You will also find a regular size washer and dryer in the unit for your use.

This is a no smoking unit and pets are not allowed. No renters under 25 years old.

We stayed from August 1-8, 2017 and it was perfect. The condo was a great size for our family and the view from the balcony was spectacular. My kids want to book again for next year!

Very disappointed to say the least!

We walked in to a very unpleasant odor that smelled very moldy and musty! The carpets were absolutely disgusting with stains everywhere. The furniture was full of stains as well. The mattress in the bedroom with the two twin beds had a huge pee stain on it. The house was very old and the only updates were the bathrooms, which were poor quality improvements. I spent hours cleaning it before I felt better about staying there. I had to go to the store and buy blankets to place over the furniture because it was too gross to sit on. There was a broken bar stool that had a note on it saying it was broke and do not sit on it. The railings were all loose on the balcony so we didn't let our children out there. The sliding doors were so old they barely open or shut. The light fixture in the kitchen was half hanging out of the ceiling. There were wires coming out of a hole in the master bedroom. The air filter in the furnace was so covered in dust and dirt it was caving in. It was very dusty everywhere. It reminded me of a place that is rented out to young 20 year olds who come to party and don't really care, and the owner treats the place as such. The owner would not refund us any money. The owner did not put the work or money into the place that they should of for the price they are charging! We contacted the owner and she admitted to the carpets being in really bad condition but they planned on changing them after the renting season! They should of been changed 20 years ago! Gross is all I have to say!

Owner's Response: This is a complaint I have been expecting. This is a renter that could not be satisfied. First of all, he was upset because the weather was bad when he arrived and he was practically shut in. I agree the carpet (which is only 5 years old not 20) is worn and stained with sand from the beach which is my priority to replace after this season (next month). I explained this to him but he refused to understand. He wanted a discounted rent which I did not believe was a reasonable request. His wife proceeded to up root all mattresses in the unit and found one stain under a twin bed (child's bed) which was caused by a renters child in the unit two weeks prior to their stay. The stain was on the under side of the mattress facing the floor, which she literally picked up & turned the mattress over. All mattresses have plastic protective covers on them. I don't understand why they should be concerned about the condition of the air filter. I do know that they had to look very hard to get to the filter (hidden behind dryer). We use a 3 month filter which is checked periodically. My house keeper assured me that it was not ready to be changed. This is the first I have heard about wires coming out of the wall. That is not true. Another complaint he had was the balcony railing was loose. Maintenance checked it & found this to be not true also. I told them that my house keeper will come by. They could point out there problems & she would take care of it. She went by on 3 occasions & they were gone. After several text messages concerning her coming by, he basically told me to leave him alone, he was on vacation. This occurred 2 days after they checked in. I offered to let him move out & he said he couldn't find another place. My opinion & that of my house keeper's is that one, he was mad because of the rainy weather & two, he was looking for reduced rent. This unit is rented only to families who will take care of it. This complaint lost its credibility when he said the bathroom renovations were "poor quality improvements". I'm sure there are more complaints posted elsewhere from this person in other places they have rented. I have annotated his file to never rent to him again. Lois Trussell

Great Family Vacation right on the Beach

The condo had everything we needed. The recently renovated bathrooms were beautiful! The only weird thing was having 2 twin beds in the large second bedroom. It was nice to have a queen bed in the smallest bedroom and the set up made the room appear larger. Regency has all the amenities to make this the perfect spot for a family vacation. We rented two units to accommodate all of us. The pools, beach, activities, grills catered to all our needs for this multigenerational gathering. Looking forward to next year!

We stayed in this condo on the weekend and week of July 4th. The fireworks on the beach were incredible. The pools and beach area were easily accessible, clean and lots of fun. Lots of activities and fun for all. The condo itself was fabulous. PLENTY of room for LOTS OF people. I would truly and have, recommended this condo to others and will visit again soon!
