Upouusi ylellinen moderni huoneisto, josta on upeat merinäkymät ja oma kattoterassi.

ZesT on upouusi kiinteistömme toisella täydellä lomavuokrauskesällä. ZesT sijaitsee helpon 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaupungin keskustasta ja kauppoja ja kahviloita oven päässä, ZesT tarjoaa erittäin kätevän sijainnin sekä ylellisyyttä ja kauniita merinäkymiä. Ihanteellinen pako pariskunnille ja häämatkalle, jotka etsivät jotain erityistä mutta kävelyetäisyydellä kaupungista ja merestä.

Huoneistossa on oma pysäköintialue, jolla on oma sisäänkäynti pohjakerroksesta. Kun portaat ovat sisätiloissa, vievät ne ensimmäisen kerroksen pääasialliseen oleskelutilaan ja sitten taas ylös yksityiselle kattoterassille. Alemmassa kerroksessa on pääasiallinen oleskelutila, jossa on kahden hengen huone, ylellinen suihkutila ja avoin oleskelutila, jossa on moderni täysin varustettu keittiö, joka tarjoaa kaikki laitteet. Oleskelutilasta on kauniit merinäköalat suurten liukuovien kautta omalle parvekkeelle eteen ja liukuovet pienempään parvekkeelle sivulle. Myös makuuhuoneessa on liukuovet sivuparvekkeelle, erittäin mukava super king-vuode, vaatekaappi ja lipasto / meikkausyksikkö peilillä. Tämän kerroksen kylpyhuoneessa on 90x140cm suihkualue, jossa on liukuovet, wc ja pesuallas tyylikkäillä varusteilla.

Yläkerrassa on upea kattoterassi, joka tarjoaa toisen kokonaisen suihkukäyttöön tarkoitetun kylpyhuoneen ja toisen ulkokeittiön. Tämä 40m2 yksityinen kattoterassi on Kalkanissa suurin tyyppinen kattoterassi. Siinä on oleskelu- / ruokailutila, jota varjostae suuri pergola takana, ja avoin aurinkoterassi, jossa on oma uima-allas. Aurinkoterassilla on kolme modernia aurinkotuolia ja kaksi isoa sateenvarjoa. Uima-altaan toisessa päässä on istuva alue, jossa on poreallassuihkut ja varjottuna yllä oleva pergola. Täydellinen katselua varten ja lopulta yksityinen.

ZesT palvelee jopa 2–3 vierasta ja mahdollisuus, että kolmas vieras nukkuu vuodesohvalla tai yhden hengen kokoisella sängyllä olohuoneessa. Kolmelle vieraalle on käytävän ulkopuolella pieni varastotila, jossa tarvittaessa voidaan varastoida omaisuuttaan.

Fantastic Apartment Close To Everything.

Fantastic 2 weeks in Kalkan and apartment Zest T. Communication with Bridget from day 1 of booking until boarding the taxi to leave was flawless, responses are almost immediate. Very clean and modern apartment, excellent bathroom, really comfy and cool air con bedroom. The pool is bigger than i was expecting, we loved floating on the roof top watching the people walk by the street, the kitchen on the roof was perfect for drinks, lunch and daily ice creams. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Great honeymoon!

We were there for our honeymoon, and Bridget was a really great host! We met her and she gave us a lot of tips. She even helped us with information about where we could do a PCR test. The apartment was really nice and clean. There was also a mid-stay clean so no complaint!

An alles gedacht, super Lage!

Es war besser als vorgestellt. Angenehme und sehr zentrale Lage. Leider war der Pool nicht tief, also etwas mehr als 1 meter ca. ansonsten alles top! Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch super.

Roof with a view ...

Making the booking was quick and easy. Bridget is a great virtual host, very helpful even in the midst of Covid19, both in the UK and Kalkan. The apartment has everything you need and the photos don't do it justice. Everything is just a short walk away. A little piece of paradise in uncertain times. For our first trip to Turkey this has exceeded our expectations.

A superb property. Very modern and the private plunge pool is amazing. Spent most days living on the terrace with then just using the bedrooms and lounge for sleep. We cooked most days at lunchtime and the facilities are great. Definitely recommended.

Idyllic Apartment

We returned to the Zest Apartment for a 2nd year running as its perfect for a couple, one year on it's still immaculate and with the roof top pool a great place to relax at whilst in Kalkan. It's a real gem in a beautiful town, stunning view to the sea and close enough to the towns restaurants and harbour for a 15 minute leisurely walk. Couldn't want for anything more, plan to return 2020 and Zest will be preferred base.

Fantastic place

Stayed here the last week in May. Could not have wished for a better place to stay. The villa was spotless, the location excellent. Bridget has made this place a home from home . Just fabulous!

This is a lovely apartment for two people, perfect location (5-10 minutes walk in any direction takes you to shops, bars and restaurants, and 15-20 minutes gentle stroll downhill to the beach and harbourside of the old town). Beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need. We had cool days and blazing sunshine during our week's stay, and the apartment was great whether we wanted to be inside or out. The roof terrace offers wonderful views (although with the glass balcony you are very much on view to pedestrians and traffic passing... a few plants along the side would help without spoiling the amazing views to the front, which are really stunning). We managed to get in the pool a few times, especially when the weather warmed up. Bridget always responded promptly to questions and was very helpful. We would certainly return (although unfortunately it's so lovely, it gets very booked up!).

Wonderful in every way

As others have said, the apartment is beautifully set out and fitted to a very high standard. The rooftop terrace is a fantastic area for relaxing. It’s no more than a gentle ten minute amble into town but don’t forget there are some great restaurants up the hill as well. Bridget was very prompt in replying to correspondence and it was lovely to meet her for a coffee. Would love to come back again.

Absolutely marvelous!

The apartment is absolutely fantastic with everything you could possibly need. Spotless, comfortable, great air con and showers. It is only a 10 minute walk into the town but there are shops very near to the apartment, including a great take away place. The balconies off the lower floor were gorgeous with great views but the terrace is absolutely amazing. Huge, incredible views, private and always had a breeze which was so welcome. I cannot wait to return and would highly recommend staying here.

Stunning apartment.

Booked this apartment to spend some quality time with my 14 year old daughter. What can I say? We were blown away by how beautiful this apartment is. Bridget and her husband have thought of absolutely everything . It is just so stylish and comfortable. We loved the fact it was so close to shops and the harbour Spent the days chilling out in total privacy on the roof terrace , pool and jacuzzi. Spent the evenings sampling the different restaurants close by. We had the best holiday ever and have booked up again for next July. Thanks for everything Bridget and Sakir. We are pining for Zest ( it’s going to be a long year) 😜

Wonderful

Great location, ten minutes walk to the center of Kalkan. A grocery store even closer.The apartment was well equipped with everything you needed. Lovely view from the roof terasse and a refreshing and clean pool with a view as well. Comfortable beds in sleeping room. Table and chairs on the roof for meals and also good sunbeds. A sofa in the shade on the roof would be nice.

Perfect for a couple in Kalkan

This is the second time this year that we've stayed at Zest, so we're big fans of the place. The main apartment is a great size for a couple, nice big open living areas, and with a fantastic roof terrace and private pool makes it a great place to watch the world go by. Only a steady 5-10min stroll to the old town with it's many brilliant bars and restaurants. Couldn't fault anything at Zest, and more than likely we'll be back again one day.

A Quality Apartment

Great Locatiom

We had a lovely break at Zest, the location is great with stunning views of Kalkan bay. Only a short 5-10 minute walk to all the shops in Kalkan itself with a small convenience store and chemist very close by too! The apartment itself is well equppied with very quiet modern air conditioning units. The roof terrace with the plunge pool makes Zest one of the best apartments in Kalkan. The pool has a jacuzzi with built in seats making a great place to relax and cool down.

WOW!!

From the minute we arrived at Zest, we didn't stop saying wow! This place has the wow factor on every level! The apartment is brand new and everything from the interior doors to the beautiful kitchen are top notch! The apartment seems huge and is split over two levels. We enjoyed eating lunch each day on the balcony and watching the world go by. Upstairs on the beautiful roof terrace is the pool and jacuzzi, this area is stunning, with views to die for over the bay. There is even a kitchen area up here with a fridge, very handy for storing all your cold drinks. I have great memories of chilling in the jacuzzi with a cold rose wine, looking out at the sea, it's such a perfect view. Bridget has thought of everything, and the whole apartment is amazing, also the location is great, 5/10 min flat walk into town. Thank you Bridget for a wonderful holiday, we will be back very soon!!

Fantastic apartment!

ZesT is an amazing place to stay. It's very well equipped with all mod cons to make your stay here very comfortable. Very clean and tidy and looks as good if not better than the pictures. ZesT is perfectly placed for all the wonderful restaurants and bars which are very close by. I will definitely return for another stay at ZesT. Kalkan really is worth a visit. Andy.

Fantastic apartment with amazing views

Just returned from a fabulous week in Kalkan. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with a lovely balcony & relaxing rooftop pool and terrace. The location was perfect, 5 minutes stroll to shops, bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

The apartment was beautiful, just as described.

The apartment was as good as described, it was conveniently close to all we needed. A short walk to the shops, and to some lovely bars and restaurants. The view was lovely, and so relaxing looking out over the bay whilst in the rooftop pool. Very impressed with the quality of the apartment. Will not hesitate to come again. Thanks for the cold beers in the fridge on arrival.

ZesT is one of our more recent ventures created to give couples the best of both worlds: A luxury experience with the convenience of the town yet with sea views and privacy. We are excited to open in June this year and find out what our first guests think.
