Recent construction, near to the beach of Aléria (7 km) and to the river (300m). Ideally located to visit Corsican in the course of the day. 1h for porto Vecchio, 30 minutes for
Corté, 1h30minutes for Ajaccio, 1heure for Bastia.

Gut mit Einschränkung

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für uns OK. Die Wohnung war schön, sauber, geräumig, ruhig, etwas abseits gelegen (das wollten wir ja). Insgesamt also empfehlenswert. Mit folgenden Einschränkungen: Gleich bei unserer Ankunft verlangte der Vermieter 30 Euro, da ihm, so seine Begründung, Bankgebühren bei der Überweisung unserer Miete angefallen seien. Er legte uns als Beweis die Banknachrichten vor. Das war eine ziemliche Überrumpelung, da wir nach einer langen Reise erst gegen 22 Uhr ankamen, nachdem das Schiff Verspätung hatte und wir mit unserem Auto erst in der Nacht den langen und die letzten Kilometer auch finsteren Weg zur Unterkunft finden mussten. Wir haben unser Gepäck in der Wohnung abgestellt und sind dann in Aleria noch schnell etwas gegessen gegangen. Während dieser Zeit, also nachts, ist der Vermieter ohne unserem Wissen, in die von uns gemietete Wohnung gegangen und hat das kleine Licht ausgemacht, das wir nur dieses eine Mal angelassen hatten, um in der ersten Nacht das Haus leichter zu finden. (Das Haus liegt vereinzelt 7 km außerhalb von Aleria.) Einige Tage später kam dann sein Sohn und verlangte nicht mehr 30 Euro - sondern 50 Euro. Und da er, wie sein Vater und dessen Frau, leider kein Wort Englisch sprach, hatten wir ein Kommunikationsproblem. Um uns keine weiteren Probleme (s.o.) einzuhandeln, die wir auf Grund der erwähnten Sprachprobleme auch gar nicht lösen hätten können, zahlten wir. Ist es korrekt, außerhalb der vertraglichen Vereinbarung, Geld einzufordern? Mit freudlichen Grüßen Bernhard & Ingrid

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren Anfang Oktober 2015 in dem zentralgelegenen Ferienhaus. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am Meer und Badestrand oder in den Bergen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und in einen sehr sauberen Zustand. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen braucht einschließlich großen Kühlschrank. Eine große Terrasse für den Aufenthalt im Freinen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Parken kann man vor der Haustüre im abgeschlossenen Hofgrundstück. Die Übergaben der Wohnung durch den freundlichen Vermieter waren herzlich und ohne Probleme. Wir möchten uns nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt und das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen bedanken und können das Haus ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen. Viele Grüße Heidi u. Dieter können

Bonjour a tous, Nous vous recommandons ce propriétaire car nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques. L'appartement était conforme à ce que nous attendions. Il ne manquait rien. Vue splendide, proche de la plage, facilité pour rejoindre la haute corse comme la corse du sud. Mais le plus important, reste l'accueil et la gentillesse des personnes qui nous ont reçu. Mille merci a eux.

Vacanciers très sympathiques et très propres. Nous avons eu plaisir de les connaitre. Ce sont des belles personnes sans oublier leur fille. Nous conseillons fortement ces vacanciers.

"L'accueil à été très agr...

"L'accueil à été très agréable, l'appartement est bien situé pour découvrir les différentes régions de Corse et conforme à la description faite (mais en bord de route nationale donc un peu bruyant). Cependant quelques points seraient à améliorer notamment l'installation d'une climatisation, la propreté de l'appartement lors de l'arrivée des locataires et les aboiements nocturnes d'un chien du voisinage."
