Appartement au 5ieme étage avec vue sur mer pour le Petit déjeuner c'est Top. Appartement entièrement refait. De la terrasse, magnifique vue sur la mer, superbe. Proximité avec la plage (140m) est très appréciable tout comme le garage qui permet d'avoir la voiture à l'ombre. La résidence est calme et quartier Le Boucanet très familiale.
