About the property

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Sleeps 3

Crescent Beach is right outside your giant sliding-glass door at our condo at Beachers Lodge 116! This cozy 1-bedroom getaway offers a covered oceanfront patio, full kitchen, master suite and sleeper sofa for guests. And the views are just incredible!

When it's time for a beach getaway, rely on this cheery, beautifully furnished and decorated ground-floor condo. Just steps from the sugary white sands of Crescent Beach, Beacher's Lodge 116 has a front-row seat for the most beautiful sunrises you will ever witness. The Intracoastal Waterway offers quieter waters, great nature trails, and breathtaking sunsets just minutes to the west. And this resort is family-friendly and very well maintained, with everything from a heated swimming pool and sun shelf to a private walkway down to the beach. You're going to love it here!

The patio at our condo is covered, protecting you from the hottest midday sun, and it features a casual table and chairs for unforgettable al fresco dining. The murmur of the surf is your soundtrack, the balmy breeze is your pick-me-up, and the view is your reward!

Just inside from the patio is the open-plan living and dining area of the condo, with HDTV, a sofa that unfolds into a bed, a charming table for 2, and a fully stocked kitchen. The living room easily seats 4, with a cheery wicker easy chair and long sofa. The table is great for romantic meals as well as games, puzzles, and cards, so plan on enjoying a little old-fashioned fun at home in between your trips to the beach, the Intracoastal, and St. Augustine!

We highly recommend that you try some of St. Augustine's many wonderful restaurants and street food, but just in case you're planning on fixing some home-cooked feasts as well, you'll love what you find at Beacher's Lodge 116. All you need bring is groceries -- we've got the full complement of cookware, dishes, utensils, and more waiting for you here. The appliances are full-size in our galley kitchen, and they are supplemented with time-savers like the microwave, coffeemaker, and blender. "Compact" doesn't mean "skimpy" when it comes to this kitchen, so pick up a couple of candles and enjoy a feast of fresh-caught seafood one evening!

Your favorite place at Beachers Lodge 116 -- aside from the patio, which always steals the show! -- may just be the bedroom and bath suite. Prepare to be pampered with ocean views, an ultra-comfortable queen-sized bed, your own TV, and a bathroom with soft lighting and plenty of storage space. You'll get a good night's sleep every time in this room!

And this condo is so well-equipped that you can basically toss two changes of clothes and a swimsuit into your bag and come on over! The washer and dryer keeps all your clothes fresh and clean, and linens and towel sets are provided for you here. Rummage around a bit and you'll find our beach chairs and umbrella, not to mention extra pillows and spare blankets. We've tried to think of everything for your perfect St. Augustine vacation.

The location is the best thing about this condo, of course. Set on Anastasia Island between the Intracoastal and the Atlantic Ocean, it's a paradise for nature lovers, beach bums, sportsmen, and just about anyone else! It's hard to believe that historic downtown St. Augustine is just minutes away by car, but it's true. And world-class golf courses, shopping, and dining are all around you, plus theme parks and other attractions. We think there's no better place to be than Florida's First Coast!

Come stay at Beachers Lodge 116 very soon. Ideal for a couple, a group of friends, or a family with a baby or small child, our condo will charm you. Discover the beauty of this piece of the coast very soon!

Amazing location for a beach getaway!

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was the perfect size for me and my boyfriend to relax for a view days. Being so close to the beach access boardwalk was a definite perk as well. Loved being able to wake up to the sunrise! Thanks for a great vacation!

Cute and concise

  • 4 of 5

Just the right amount of space. Wifi not the best, which didn't need much during beach vacation, however had a couple work things that needed attention. Otherwise awesome location.

Filthy condo, smells musty

  • 1 of 5

My expections were not that high as we booked a last minute condo and our main focus was being on the beach. We just wanted a cozy, clean beach front place to change & sleep. Upon arrival we were met by a blocked overflowing toilet. It quickly became apparent that this was an ongoing issue according to the 3 plungers around the bathroom sink. This could have something to do with the smell that hits you each time you entered, the smell did not go away. The condo was dirty. Dirty floors, dirty mirrors, balcony was filthy. We even found old food & snacks shoved in a bowl in the kitchen area.

After vacation was over, trying to actually get a response from anyone at VRBO was terrible. No one would return my calls or my emails. I will NOT use this company again!

beautiful beach not so beautiful condo

  • 1 of 5

The condo was way to small the pictures make it look a lot bigger than it really was.It has no dishwasher, the laundry room was on the next floor up and filthy. The pool was not cleaned once while we were there in 8 days the area around the pool looked like it had not been hosed down or cleaned all summer. The condo itself had a dust pan full of pet hair when I swept it so I do not think it is cleaned very well between each guest.Over all not happy with our condo.I would not stay here again. The restaurants in the area are good but very few to choose from unless you drive 10 miles north into St. Augustine.

Nice stay at Beachers Lodge

  • 4 of 5

For the most part, our lodging was good. Good view, easy access, well stocked for what we needed. Only a couple of things would make it better. No parking pass present (front desk gave me one). Most of the electrical outlets would come out of the wall (need to be replaced). Bedroom lamp plug had to be just right in plug to work. Did not have the code to get passed the gate to the beach. Highlight that a charcoal grill is available (bought a set of tongs and left them there). Bedroom is bright at night due to outside lights. Really we enjoyed this unit even with these little inconviences. Please use this as constructive advice to make a nice room nicer. Thank you. tim
