The location of this house is perfect. This big beautiful house is right on the beach and perfect for a large family get together. The outside area with the pool and Jacuzzi are an added luxury. Our family had a fabulous vacation here and we just can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience this was.

Rooms were clean, access to the beach was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. House is very close to the neighbors and there were lots of people there which was OK but lots of activity. Pool was nice but definitely need loungers and chairs out by the pool that are not resting and couldn’t get spa to work until 8 o’clock on the night last night. We were leaving. Owner was responsive, but didn’t tell me to push the button that said V till the very last day we were there which is what ended up turning the spa on finally. House had most things needed, but could’ve been stocked a bit better with some spices and a can opener. Living room and dining room furniture not comfortable at all. Overall experience was fine but would not go back to this house for another trip

Beautiful vacation home on spacious private beach. Screened in porch with grill, pool with fun flotation toys, hot tub with different color lights. Beautiful view of the ocean from the main bedroom with a connecting deck with plenty of room to watch the sunrise or sit at the table and play cards with friends. Spacious kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, glassware and a great oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and the main living room has a large one to watch movies while the electric fireplace displays your choice of lights. The private beach access was very convenient and we took advantage of the large driveway which fit five cars easily. The host was very responsive and friendly. It is a wonderful vacation home!

Great location with easy access to the semiprivate beach. Private pool was very nice, especially if it was too windy on the beach. Close enough to local eateries to go out and eat if you wanted to, but the house had everything to stay in and cook as well.

What a great place. Two true masters one ocean view balcony one poolside. A queen with a jack and jill to a bunk room for kiddos. Place was well appointed in the kitchen and with pool toys. Nice built in outdoor kitchen and dining patio. Super easy access to the beach out the patio door. quick hot tub heater with night lights. We had a technical issue checking in and they Had an ac tech and electrician in on a Friday after hours. Not cheap for them and they took great care of us. that shows real dedication to the property experience. Thanks for the stay.

Family Reunion in St Augustine

The home was so beautiful and everything we needed for our family. Laura was an amazing hostess always responding so quickly when we had questions.The walkway to the beach is so great and convenient. An added plus when you have small children.

The house is big and lovely and the bedrooms and kitchen is well appointed. The laundry room is very nice to have when traveling with kids and teens.

Perfect for our large family!

This property was just perfect for our family of 11! The convenience of the beach for everyone and the added bonus of a pool kept everyone happy! The house is very open and impressive. One bedroom downstairs and 3 upstairs was ideal.

Beautiful ocean front home

The house and location were perfect. Gorgeous ocean views. The spa was broken during our stay but Lauren was a wonderful host. She tried multiple times to get it fixed. Would love to stay here again!

Prime Beach Location!

The house was very modern and clean. Closest house to the beach and beach access so prime location. There were a lot of steps to on the beach walk but every beach walk in the area was like that. Only negative thing I would say is you are pretty far from the stores if you need to run get groceries or other items. Overall, the house, pool, and beach proximity were amazing!

Our stay was wonderful, outside of a few small issues. PROPERTYThe property was up to par with the images on VRBO, but the ocean view was much more beautiful than expected. Having direct access to the beach was one of the best features of the property. The house was clean and well prepared for our stay. From the bedding to the appliances, we had no complaints on the property as a whole. HostThe host was very communicative and replied to all our questions. There isn't much more to say outside of "Well Done".IssuesThere are a few small things that need to be resolved:1) The pool: the pump was not working when we arrived. The host was very responsive, but couldn't get someone out to look at it for 4 days. In the mean time, we got the pump working by manually resetting the breakers for the pump. This fixed the issue for a few hours until the pump would shut off again. The technician finally came, but the problem came back a few hours after he left. We were able to get the pool/spa working here and there, but this was an inconvenience.2) Wifi: The house has a mesh network that looks to be installed poorly. We would get constant disconnects and finally abandoned the wifi altogether.We would definitely stay at this rental again, assuming the pool pump was resolved.
