Perfect home, great pool!

This house was so welcoming and spacious, with a perfect layout for being together or for finding a little space of one's own. Jimmy was an amazing host - more than responsive, he also regularly reached out and was helpful with everything. We had a ton of fun at the pool! Kitchen was well stocked for smoothie bars!

Beautiful house

Lovely place - a short walk or drive to the beach. The kids loved the beach and the heated pool!! We all enjoyed our stay The owner was very friendly and easy to reach with questions!! We would recommend this place to family or friends!

The house and all of its furnishing is very new and very nice. Property manager/owner is very responsive to any question. Great place.

Sistas Get Together!

Everything was perfect for our grade school/high schools get together!! 8 Ladies coming from all over the country to share time and laughter with each other. I’m going to bring my Family to Jimmy’s house in the near future. He’s the perfect host! Thank you for sharing your beautiful house!

My favorite part about this property is parking my car and never touching my keys. I walk or ride a bike to almost everything. An occasional trip to the grocery store, or a night out Downtown St Augustine is the only time I leave.

Crescent Beach is a special place with a limited amount of land. No matter how developed the surrounding area becomes, this little island community will always hold its quaint and welcoming feel.
