Do you visit Milan for short periods (training course, University, fair, turism, etc,) and you like a easier and cheaper accommodation then the hotel?
It’s available a flat (with one bedroom, lounge, bath, fully working kitchen) fully furnished (TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioner) and very near to the underground.
In the bedroom there are 2 singles beds or 1 double bed, in the living there is a double real bed and a large sofa with two single beds.
The flat is in Milan next to the underground station of the red line. You can reach downtown directly in 15 minutes by subway with no line change. Also the fair is in the same line.

Dear Nico and Cinzia,I can’t find the words to thank you enough for all your collaboration and hospitality during our stay in your lovely apartment, which we felt like home. I stayed for a month and a half in your property, comfortable, very spacious, and with very comfy beds; the kitchen was complete and everything was perfect. Just a few steps from the metro station, with my baby, and parks everywhere; Bicocca Shopping Center became a part of our routine. The most beautiful part of this time was Nico’s care: such a kind and wonderful person. Even though I’m no longer in his apartment, he continue to help me with anything I need; you are excellent human beings. A million thanks for welcoming me into your home and treating me as family. This Milano Apartment was perfect for our family. We needed a place to stay while in Milano for the Olympics. We enjoyed the spacious apartment and location close to the metro, making all of Milano easily accessible. The 2 bedrooms were good sized with comfortable beds and the living area plus galley kitchen with full appliances was great for our longer term stay. There was also a Murphy bed and couch if we had needed more space. Everything was clean and modern. The host was fantastic. He met us at the metro stop, showed us around the apartment, and checked with us throughout our stay to ensure all was going well. He was very welcoming and friendly, and quickly answered any questions we had. Highly recommend for a stay in Milano.

Monza & Milan

This was the perfect site for us to get to the F1 Monza race as well as do some Milan tours. With the Metro redline only 1 block away, it was so easy to plan our travels. We were pleasantly surprised that our wine tour starting point was only 1/2 mile away for easy walking. Thank you Nico and Cinzia for a wonderful place.

"The flat was comfortable...

"The flat was comfortable and clean. We heard no noise from the neighbours during our stay and the noise level of the traffic outside the apartment was normal. We are a family of 5 adults, so there was plenty of room for us. The kitchen was functional and the owners had the bright idea of leaving treats at a reasonable cost. I must add that the air conditioning came as a blessing, Milano can be very humid. The subway is just a short walk away."

"This apartment is very n...

"This apartment is very nice. It has a good size for 4 -5 persons and both bedrooms are of comfortable size. It is very nicely located close to the tram and metro, so that the city centre is easily reachable. It was also equiped with some milk, water, beer, wine and other soft-drinks along with most basic Italian accessory coocking things such as oil, vinagre, poplo di pomodoro, spaghetti etc. This was very velcomming, so that we did not need to run out to the nearby stores when arriving late in the evening. The owners were very helpful and friendly and gave us nice information about where to find backeries, food shops etc in the neighbourhood. The only thing I missed was a reccomendation for a really good local italian resturants, but maybe there were none in our close proximity? The reason for me not ranking the appartment 5/5 is that it was quite noicy. We are not used to living in the city, and struggled with falling asleep due to all the noice from the nearby streat even when having the windows closed. This will probably not be a problem if you are used to traffic from home... I also found the pillows quite uncomfortable (too hard and too tall). Otherwise the beds and everything was very nice indeed. We loved having breakfast together in the quite spacious living room in the mornings, and we used both washingmachine and laundrymachine and everything worked satisfactory. There was also good quality on the kitchenweare! I would recommend this appartment to everyone who are looking for a comfortable, spacious living solution when in Milan - especially if you are interested also inn cooking some on your own."

"Eine schön ausgestattete Wohnung, die 5 Personen ausreichend Platz bietet. 70 Meter zur U-Bahn, 12 Stationen bis zum Dom (ohne Drängelei und stressfrei). Das geht fix und kostet nicht viel (5,50 EUR für 48 Stunden-Ticket). Bäcker an der Ecke, Supermarkt in der Nähe, Pizza zum Mitnehmen gegenüber. Eine gute Möglichkeit, kostengünstig Mailand zu erkunden. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Alles klappte wie vereinbart."

L'appartamento è veramente comodo e molto confortevole, provvisto di tutto sia come biancheria che come stoviglie e pentolame. In cucina c'è pure l'occorrente per una eventuale colazione o cena! è attaccato alla fermata autobus ( dove c'è la coop) e del metrò (linea rossa per expò)ed è ancora in milano per cui la tariffa urbana. Non ci sono problemi di parcheggio. A pochi metri ci sono dei minimarket aperti fino a tarda sera e anche di domenica ed anche la pizza /kebab ed una caffetteria. A pochissimi minuti dal teatro degli Arcimboldi. Ringraziamo Nico e Cinzia per l'accoglienza e ... ci siamo sentiti come a casa per cui CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Pleasant stay in Milan

Nico's apartment was a good beginning point for our travels in Milan. Although it is a 15 minute train ride to city center, the train station is at the street corner, and it is a direct ride to the Duomo and City Center. Although we had five people, the apartment is best for 4. The ground floor apartment, cable TV, internet and air conditioning was a plus. From the start Nico answered all our questions promptly and once we arrived he was in constant communications with us to make sure all was well and if there was anything he could have done to assist. Because of some phone problems with our international phone, Nico even contacted a taxi for our departure for the airport. In short, this property is recommended for families who will use it as a base to explore all that Milan offers and also to schedule some side trips to Lake Como, etc.
