Welcome to our fully renovated former sheepfold, nestled in the heart of a 5-hectare vineyard estate, with no neighbors. A peaceful place where the charm of the countryside meets modern comfort, ideal for gathering with family, friends, or celebrating an event in an exceptional setting.

The estate comfortably accommodates from 1 to 14 travelers, with the possibility of housing up to 33 people thanks to the other accommodations on the estate (upon request).

From the terraces, enjoy a magnificent view of the village of Roquetaillade and its 15th-century castle, in an environment conducive to rest, conviviality, and disconnecting.

The farmhouse (mas - a traditional Provençal/Languedoc farmhouse) offers over **450 m² of living space**, spread over two levels.

Ground floor

Upstairs

The heart of the house is a spectacular 100 m² living room, bathed in light, offering an unobstructed view of the village and its castle.

Around this living room are two independent sleeping areas.

Sophie prepares generous cuisine made from fresh, local, and seasonal products (organic whenever possible).

Many hiking trails start directly from the estate.

You will also be ideally located to visit:

The estate is accessible in:

* 1 hour from Toulouse.

🛏 Additional accommodation

An adjoining annex can accommodate **3 to 4 additional travelers** (upon reservation).

It includes:

* a double bed,
* two single beds,
* a bathroom,
* independent WC.

It is ideal for a family with children, teenagers, or a few extra guests.

Things to know before booking

✔ Sheets and towels provided.

✔ Pets are welcome (€30 per pet per stay). To preserve everyone's comfort, they must sleep in their basket on the ground floor and not access the upper floor.

✔ For reservations privatizing the entire estate or for groups of more than 20 people, meals are provided by our table d'hôtes service. Our dedicated professional kitchen ensures optimal organization, while the gîte's kitchen is designed for family use only.

Dogs are allowed, provided that these rules are respected:
It is forbidden for dogs to go upstairs, into the bedrooms, or on the sofas.
Outside, any droppings must be picked up.
For any breach of the rules, a deduction from the security deposit is possible.
