The condo was very comfortable, clean and accommodated our group of 4 women nicely from sleeping to tv watching to dining. Laurie even sent us a cake as we were celebrating a milestone birthday! Little details matter! Great selection of coffee and creamers , soft drinks and spices in event we were to cook. Condo had great view and comfortable patio chairs. Highly recommend.

Beautiful unit on the 19th floor, great views directly overlooking the beach! Furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with soft drinks and water, dishes, and a full spice cabinet! A stocked coffee station as well! The Aveda shower products were a nice touch..I also like that you can watch live tv without having to sign into your own streaming services (this is especially helpful for my elderly Dad who has a hard time with apps)..We had a great stay here and will definitely be back!

Great unit that had everything to make our stay comfortable. From the cokes and water bottles, to coffee, and beach towels, this was a great place. We have stayed here before through the condo directly, but love this location and being on the beach and will definitely stay again.

It was a very updated, pretty, comfortable condo, great view and was well stocked. The beach chairs, umbrella, etc. was such a help. We were also very excited with the sweet gifts (bag, cake and chocolates :-)) and really appreciated the extra touch for celebrating our 40th Anniversary. Loved our balcony and view and being up little higher allowed us to see more.

There are only two highrise buildings on 30a. This condo had amazing views, a great location and now our design.

What makes this property unique

This condo is one of two on the floor. It is incredibly private. We know you want to hit the beach first and shop later so here are some necessary items to hold you over until you can go shopping.
