Relaxing and quiet

We had a very good experience here. The condo is nicely decorated. Everything smelled clean including the extra blankets. The only thing that I didn’t like was the size of the bathrooms. They are pretty tight.

Perfect birthday getaway

This condo is a gem! The location is fabulous. It is directly on the beach and to have beach chairs set up everyday is a game changer! We plan on bringing our kids next time. The condo was clean, smelled nice and pleasantly decorated.

Beachcrest 402 for the win!

Our condo was an excellent location with beautiful view. It was recently updated and very comfortable. It had quick beach access. Our booking included bike rentals that our boys got a lot of use out of.

Great getaway

Incredible location. Beautiful view of the beach. Strong wifi. Clean. Plenty of room for two adults and a teenager. Con - Retractable doors (where laundry is located) were off track. Would definitely stay there again.

Great view

Loved this condo and that there are 2 king bed rooms with a pull out couch and hide away bed. Only thing I would ask for is additional cookware as we cooked several meals for the kids and this was limited. Plenty of towels and pillows. Loved the kitchen island!

Lovely condo

This condo was perfect for four and had a fantastic view. Great access to the private beach. The property provides only two chairs per unit - get up really early to grab them if you want to be near the water. The management office is super responsive to any needs. Overall, a lovely condo and we would definitely stay again.

Quiet getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is that the condo seemed hot and muggy at times. The thermostat would not go below 68 degrees and even at 68 degrees, the condo was hardly ever at 68 degrees. Mostly stayed around 70 the entire time. We used all the fans available. Overall, great, clean place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time and it was the second time we booked BeachCrest 402. Overall it was clean and in good order. The guest bath sink did not drain because the stopper in the sink couldn’t be opened. And the Kureig coffee maker wasn’t working properly. We could have used more wash cloths. There were only 2 in the primary bath and none in the second bath.Those are fairly minor and didn’t hamper our stay. We love the location. The beach is beautiful. We love the balcony facing the ocean and the pool is always nice. Enjoyed it for the second year in a row.

great location for low key get away

wanted to stay away from Destin and all the action. Got just what we wanted. Quiet beach vacation. The condo was great. clean and updated. There were 3 things that were minor annoyances. 1. No room darkening curtains. It was REALLY bright at night. 2. Master bathroom toilet was a really tight squeeze and we are NOT big people 3. and this is very nit picky, the can opener was no good. They need to replace it. Otherwise the place was perfect!

They sprayed while we were there but those critters were back the next morning.* The toilet in the guest bathroom rocks back and forth.* People will be people, for a smoke free facility it was hard to enjoy the balcony because of smokers.Other than that the condo was comfortable and clean. A relaxing environment.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner has done a very nice job remodeling this unit. Oven was hard to use but the maintenance man was helpful. There was no indication that construction in another unit was being done & it effected my unit making it difficult to use our balcony. We should have been told this when renting the property. Construction crew never cleaned up trash on our balcony. This was a game changer. The unit also looked cleaned at first glance but alot of points were missed in the cleaning.
